Urban Kids

The customer service experience I had was absolutely terrible. When I went into the store and asked one of the staff members if a certain style of clothing was on sale, she paused and gave me a disdainful look before asking if it was clearly indicated.The second incident happened when I was about to pay for the clothes. After waiting in a long line, I realized I had grabbed the wrong size. Instead of allowing me to quickly get the right size, she gave me another disapproving look and asked the next customer to step forward. So I had to line up for the second time. When it was finally my turn to pay, she asked me to wait while she served an elderly lady who hadn't been in the line. Even though her coworkers reassured her that it was okay, as the old lady was waiting for her, she insisted on helping her first. Throughout this ordeal, the staff member happily chatted with other customers but always displayed a negative attitude towards me, which made me wonder if it was because I am Asian. I believe this company should prioritize staff training to improve their customer service.

Terrible customer service. Woman employee was rolling her eyes and annoyed with customers questions (my own & other customers in the store) Did not enjoy my experience. This was the 2nd time I've experienced this, at this location.
