I don’t know what happened to this branch! I was waiting (no line) for 15 min and they are 4 staff working no rush at all. One is walking speaking on her personal phone and the 3 others are doing one drink. I ended leaving.

One time out of three we're missing stuff when we go to this location. It's always through the drive-thru, so either you double-check your order yourself at the window or you realize you get stolen from on your way to work.Either the owner is super shady and they don't give you what you paid for on purpose, or the employees just don't care at all and never double-check anything.Either way I'm tired of it. They must have great margins with all the food their steal from their clients.

I walked in this afternoon around 4:30pm with my wife and she asked the young male working for a dozen donuts (in English). The young male employee refused to serve us because we spoke in English. His exact words were:c’est desgolasse, je ne sers pas des gens come vous. While he packed away from the counter, and went to the drive through counter to take orders. When I started speaking French he ignored me. This is totally unacceptable behaviour and poor costumer service. This is discrimination and disrespect, and who knows how many customers he treated like this. There’s were customers behind us in shock hearing this.

I love tim hortons its my favorite part about visiting canada but a few days ago me and my friend went through the drive through to get some breakfast but when we asked of the employe if she speaks any english since we were visiting she just stopped talking us and we waited for about 2-3 minutes in dead silence and then proceeded to talk to us with a very dry attitudeAnd also their service is incredibly slow

Order 2 coffee and a wrap wait for about 45 minutes that at the end I just let it go for the wrap becauseOf the waiting time, everybody on line were so dissatisfied with the serice.

There was dust and grease on the floor, service extremely slow. I know there is a shortage in staff.. I just believe places where you eat should give a priority to cleanliness. Yet, I love TH and its coffee and the wraps!

Every morning I show up there at the drive thru. They work hard let me tell you that. Drive thru always packed in the morning, yet the wait is more then tolerable. Never got my order wrong not even once and I am ordering every morning for the past year. Kudo amazing service

Sometimes, you'll get your food in 5 min but it's quite possible you'll walk out angry and foodless in 15 min. The staff is improperly trained.
