This restaurant should be closed for sanitary reasons. The place is terribly filthy, the franchisor PFK/ KFC should send their local district manager to take charge of cleaning operations.

Second time here. Restaurant is clean. Staff are nice. First time we ordered 6/piece chicken and it’s ok. This time we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. They are terrible. The buns are ok. The chicken is small and dried up. They are really tough to eat or to swallow. Even with sauce We can finish them. We have to throw them out. I’m not sure if we will give this place another chance.

I ordered online from this restaurant and they never delivered. tried to call them several times during the evening to find out what was happening with my order and never got an answer. line would hang up on me. furthermore they had the nerve to charge my credit card 3 days later. just filed a complaint with my credit card carrier to stop payment.

It's a PFK, one of the few last. I always enjoy it once a year. Tastes just as good as when I was a child. The place is clean, the service is very good.

PFK. What can I say , I love the gravy here. It's nice and think and tasty unlike many other locations where the gravy is liquidy and has no taste.

The experience was good! I didn't wait as long as I used to to get my food : I ordered online tho.The cashier was very friendly and the food was good as expected.The only downside is that I heard cooks doing whatever in the kitchen and THEY didn't seem to like their place in the kitchen.

Finally a KFC thats worth going to. Lately I have been disappointed with all the KFCs around Laval/Montreal, but this KFC surpasses every one out there. The service was exceptionally fast (compared to the other ones), polite and respectful. Waited a total of 10min in line at 6pm with probably 5~7 people in front of me. Also, the food was very tender and delicious. From here now on, I will be returning only to this KFC (St-Jerome), its worth the detour. Thank you KFC St-Jerome, I missed having a good KFC supper.

The staff work really hard and their efforts show. During probably the busiest day, Cyber Monday, the drive-thru was smooth and only had to wait a few minutes for my order. Corporate should do something for this branch as they deserve such a loyal clientele.
