Kevin was an excellent instructor throughout my two-day course. He was very professional, thorough, and efficient in explaining each of the First Aid/CPR modules. The demonstrations he gave for the treatment of choking, providing CPR, and applying dressings and bandages to various wounds were very easy to follow along and learn. I also appreciated all of the life experience anecdotes he was able to share with us from his career in public service, which really ground what we were learning to real world situations. Thanks for a truly informative experience, Kevin.

This place is a total scam! Firstly they give no priority to college students even though we have to pay out of pocket for our certificates and second there is a HORRIBLE instructor by the name of Neil who plays YouTube videos on his phone during lecture and speeds through all the material so he can dismiss the class early. He slurs his words and you can’t understand a thing he’s saying. Also, the secretary made a mistake on my schedule and refused to do anything about it. HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!

Their course are great, as are the teachers

So we went to rock the park, it was my wifes first time being out since having our child a month ago, she needed to pump but didnt realize there was no re-entry. So we asked the sj johns paramed if it was okay to use the trailer and they had no issues and we had all the privacy. Cudos

Jen was an excellent trainer for our 2 day First Day training! She was interactive, engaging, made the training fun and encouraged participation.

Kim was my instructor! She is literally the sweetest lady on the planet! The first aid was great, it was detailed but not killer boring, Kim shared little stories and made the day fly by!

Best instructors for first aid in the city. I would recommend this place for anyone in need of any certifications regarding first aid.
