Kris is so welcoming and supportive! She is a talented instructor and is amazing at explaining skills so they are easy to understand. I love that she offers opportunities for both open training and specific classes. I can’t wait to continuing learning from her and the rest of her team!

I absolutely love training with Kris and her team.I have always loved watching aerial silks performances whether Pink in concert or Cirque de Soliel. (Heck, Im even ready a book series about a silks dancer.) But never in my wildest dreams did I think I could ever do it.Fast forward to meeting Kris at an event she was performing at. I was amazed at her skin and her approachability. Then she told me she teaches this stuff and I should try a class.I was once a dancer (many years and pounds ago) so I expected the first few classes would be boring basics. It would take months before i could do anything cool, right?Boy was I wrong!Even with my lack of flexibility, my overwieght body, and my nerves...I was in the air doing cool things in my first class!Kris and her team are great to work with. Always supportive while pushing you to try something that challenges you while making sure you are safe.Training with Elevation is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Its not just a workout or a sport. Its a creative art, a form of expression, and a hell of a lot of fun.If you're curious about aerial (silks, hoop/lyra, etc) you should definitely come try a class!

Non aerialist here! Highly recommend the stretch classes! Kris is very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have made incredible improvements in my flexibility and range of motion which has benefited me tremendously in my daily life.

I have been closely working with Kris for 7 years. Over that time, she has taught and is teaching aerial arts on the stage I use as my classroom. Every single choreography the 7-12 students at ESGD have learned with her have been phenomenal!Since the last couple of years, I have also begun working with Kris; as a personal trainer she has a wealth of knowledge that has helped and continues to help me gain more strength and flexibility.I highly recommend Elevation Aerial Arts. Plus as an added bonus, her rough collie, Cash or Monsieur, is the sweetest, fluffiest ‘mascot’ you’ll ever get the pleasure to meet (and cuddle)!!

Kris makes a safe place for all. I was terrified to try something that seemed so outside of my skill level but she made it super attainable and fun. The diversity of classes is amazing and there is something that everyone will enjoy. 10/10 will recommend.

Kris and her team do an amazing job instructing students on many aerial apparatuses. Instruction is always clear and beautifully segmented into workable parts. They are kind, caring and encouraging. Extra bonus: a beautiful canine who will steal your heart!!
