I rarely leave reviews but since I've benefited from those written by others, I felt I should start making my own contributions.I was reading the reviews left for Level Salon earlier this week and noticed a low rating left by an individual, accusing Christina of burning her hair, and so on. Given my personal experience with the quality haircare I have received at Level Salon, I find it inconceivable that they could fry" anyone's hair. Christina you are a true professional. My hair has always been a challenge but even more so now with age (grey and corse) . You have revived it with your colouring expertise! Never thought this could be possible. I appreciate your patience and persistence. My family loves your cutting expertise too! You are a welcome new addition to Level Salon and highly recommended by our entire family!

The team at Level salon always go above and beyond! Emily and Samantha have been doing my hair for a few years now and they are amazing artists as i’ve recently had corrective color done, they both did a beautiful job with my hair! Highly recommend!!

I have been visiting Level Salon for almost two years now, and have been booked with both Emily and the owner, Samantha. Upon each visit, be it a trim, balayage or a colour change, I have never been let down. The salon is always a clean, calm and friendly environment and I have never had to wait. The staff at Level is professional and caring in every way - from the products they use to the service delivered. I have recently moved 45 minutes away but still make the drive and it is well worth it! Thank you Level Salon :)

Christina is amazing! She is one of the sweetest people I have met. She really takes her time to listen to what you want and are looking for and works her magic to make that possible! I have had numerous hair experiences...and they were uneventful to say the least. Level Salon is so cozy and nice and they really pamper you for a great price! Thanks for always making me leave with a smile!!

I've had a few bad experiences with hair salons but Level was the best I've ever been to. My stylist, Emily took the time to get to know what I wanted in terms of time commitment and suggested a change to the style I thought I wanted as it would have required a lot more time and effort than I want to do on a daily basis. I got a great cut and am confident I'll be able to style it myself. The hand massage was amazing too.

The stylist that I encountered here gave me the best hair cut I've ever had! She took the time to make sure every hair fell perfectly after cut; if it didn't she trimmed it until it did. She had a wonderful amount of patience with me and guided me in choosing a new style. She looked at all the pictures I had on my phone of the style I wanted, told me how it would look with my face shape, and then helped me come to my ultimate decision and the best hairstyle ever. I'll go to this stylist my entire life!

I had my highlights done yesterday by Christina. I called last minute and they were able to squeeze me in because of a cancellation. I was a little nervous as I have only really had my highlights done at Taz in etobicoke by the same person for years, but recently moved to Bolton and didn’t want to make the commute. Christina did an amazing job! the highlighting look so natural and will grow out beautifully just as I had requested. I am overly happy with my experience and will be going there for all my future hair appointmentsThank you so much ♥️
