Don’t go on a Sunday. Pastries (salmon bagel and almond croissant) are from two days ago and hard. Coffee is too hot so bad.

Such good and consistant service at this Second Cup! I've been getting better service here that at other coffee shop. Doesn't feel like a big chain coffee shop.Really love their Almond and Dattes smoothie.

A great place in old Québec to have a nice cup of coffee. I would've given 5 stars for atmosphere as well but the sudden change from old Québec vibe to a modern cafe felt like something is missing. But overall, a great experience.

Spent three days in Quebec and went here every day. Why? AZIZ!!! He is so funny and welcoming. If you venture here for coffee or a treat, make sure to ask for Aziz, such a memorable person. Merci!!!!

Decent coffee, it was pretty empty and a bit unusual wait time, but fresh pastry, pleasant staff an great location. Not much car traffic outside, nice view.

Good place for coffee.When I went in on a week day in February at 8am. I was wondering why the person was completely alone taking orders and preparing the coffees and food. Considering how busy it was with a lineup of people the establishment should consider 2 workers at a minimum for the busy weekday morning rush.
