We LOVED working with Airline Ticket Center and agent Kari, for our destination wedding in Mexico!!Kari has been so amazing, and truly helpful through the entire process.From presenting all the options available to us, and guiding us through the details of choosing the best package for us and our guests. To quoting, and re-quoting, multiple deviations from the group that our guests requested.She really kept away all the stress of planning a destination wedding, and coordinating +50 guests. We've been able to enjoy planning our wedding thanks to her phenomenal work.I highly recommend her, and this agency for all your travel needs!

I honestly don't know why I haven't been using their services earlier. First of all, prices are unmatched. Secondly, the team is prompt to react. I'm usually reluctant to use agencies, but this is definitely not the last time I work with you guys. I definitely recommend!

They have the cheapest flight compared to all others. Also, their customer service support is excellent. Mike and his colleague has helped me book flights together even though they are paid separate. Thank you ATC!

Kari Pucci was AMAZING in so many ways. She assisted 40+ people in attending our recent wedding ( from 3 different cities) smoothly and professionally. Clear communicator and problem solver. Super pleasant to interact with.One of our guests suffered a serious medical emergency and needed urgent surgical care. Kari was on the phone with me for 2 days including a Saturday of a long weekend assisting with rescheduled flights / new hotels/ a rep to support the wife and 2 young girls while the dad was recovering. She then went even further by keeping the group updated as to how the family was doing while the wedding party had gone back to CAN. She was a GEM! 100/10! I cant say enough about how great she was! I would suggest that anyone who is interested in having a Flight Ctr rep oversee their wedding arrangements to ask for Kari Pucci by name.

Customer Service beyond your expectations.When everything goes well, everybody's happy. you purchased a package and you are on a your trip. but when something happens or unforeseen situations occurred , that is the time you need a real help. Airline Ticket Center provided us a great package for our trip to Mexico. and when an incident happened they were there to help us in any possible way. Indeed they did! It was not like this call is being recorded for quality..." or a long waiting time to speak to somebody or emails that never replied. It was an genuine Customer Service

I used this service for the first time and I am very impressed with their service. I experienced total commitment to customer service, timely intervention for customer support and commitment to reach a satisfactory solution for their customers. Prices are as advertised on their website and cheaper than what customers would get directly form the airlines. I got my ticket as requested and paid for and theirs is a very legit business committed to helping travelers meet their travel needs.

I had a very pleasant service today. Salina and the other gentleman were very patient and thorough with the service. They patiently answered all of my questions with a professional and a genuine manner. They’ve provided me with all info I needed to know prior to traveling so that I don’t miss my flight or get stopped at the airport for forgetting one of the required travel documents. What topped it was being given info and contacts in order to get refunded for a ticket the previous agent refused to make changes to.I’d definitely recommend. Family and friends will definitely be coming there from now on.

Great prices and very straightforward booking process on their website. Michael personally followed up the next day as we bought the tickets just before midnight. Overall very happy with the service,- I don't know why anyone would use anyone else if they're booking online!
