Just outside of the ferry terminal. Fee on parking time. You must pay ahead, If you pay while backing, you cannot find anyone but a big notice. And hard to contact them on their website. Feels like being robbed.

It’s a good location, but you are certainly paying for it. It has plenty of parking, but over the long weekends during summer time, this lot is usually full.

Unreal experience at this parking lot. I mean, it cost me around $4000 for the weekend, but wow it was totally worth it. The machine that accepts the payment was mind blowing. They have this technology where you put in a credit card, push a few buttons and boom you're all paid up and parking in no time. Just can't say enough good things about this parking lot. I should really go back, even if it's just to park for a few hours. Wish I had pictures.

It's a huge waiting area for the ferry... How does one rate a parking lot that you're trapped in. It's a necessary evil. The town nearby is cute but expensive.

It’s a normal parking lot, you need to park your car and wait. So what do you expect? You won’t starve, but you might get bored depending on delays or your ferry connection.

Nice pavement, yellow stripes painted carefully. Many lanes with Trees around. Overall nice, great place to catch a ferry.

Structurally unsound and dangerous. The parkade collapsed. Rip off too- they increased fees after being closed for 4 months. The parking attendant is plain RUDE and unhelpful and does nothing to help people. Very poor experience
