My son and I got dynamic bike fitting done with Spencer in preparation for some lengthy bike packing trips. Spencer took the time to listen t our concerns and make recommendations based on specific needs. The fitting process itself was thorough and comprehensive, with a variety of tools and equipment used to ensure that my bike was properly adjusted to fit my body. I would highly recommend Intrinsi to anyone looking to improve their cycling experience. Overall, a fantastic experience and well worth the investment.

have been bouncing around chiropractors for a while and finally decided to try osteopathy. this place was recommended by a friend and i couldn’t be happier. if you’re looking for more than a quick fix - i would highly recommend Joel. He takes the time to learn your medical history, explain what’s going on in your body and answer any questions you may have.we did an assessment, manual therapy, and created an exercise plan that will help manage my pain and improve my strength and mobility. Given me such an optimistic perspective on my health. Joel is kind and makes sure you feel safe and comfortable.

Joel is amazing, got me from painful nerve impingement to tip top shape more quickly than I thought possible. His touch is magical, feels like he puts 'space' back into all the joints that need it. He gave me simple exercises that made a huge difference in rehab and recovery. I didnt know what osteopathy was before I met him and now I recommend it to everyone who has issues.

Got a basic bike fit from Spencer at The Bike Shop Central for a new bike. It was a great experience! Spencer took into account my riding goals, previous pain points and all of my biometric data. It was an easy process in a welcoming environment! My bike is much more comfortable now, any my riding position is much more efficient. Great expereince overall and highly recommend!

Doctor advised me to go for physiotherapy sessions back in September 2022 because I was having muscle pain on my right shoulder. Intrinsi is kind of walking distance from my place so thought to just give it a try. The booking staff was easy to work with. As soon as I entered I felt positivity around me. My Physiotherapist Alex Burgess was outstanding, she was so patient in listening to my problems and then providing me with step by step process for the cure. She was proactive in communicating and always used to provide different alternative exercises to choose from. I did 4 sessions with her and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend Intrinsi to everyone I know.

I had an awesome experience with Spencer for my first bike fit. I've been spending a lot more time on the bike lately and my husband suggested I get a proper bike fitting. Spencer is really knowledgeable, he really took the time needed to find the best bike adjustment and remove my pain points. I wish I had done this sooner & I highly recommend for anyone who's hoping to spend lots of time in the saddle. Well worth it!

This was the best thing I (with encouragement from my two amazing kids) have done for my beautiful bike and I. I love riding, it's my happy place..... Jon just made it a much happier place. No pressure to buy anything new to make the bike better, just care, time, interest in me and my circumstances and then measurements and tweaks to make MY bike a better version of itself for me. 45 years of cycling in and I think this allows for another 30 amazing years on my bike.....at 64... Not too much to ask now that it's comfy Thank you intrinsi!!!!

I had an Osteopathic treatment from Antoine in June and was very disappointed - I'm an 80 year old with decades of Chronic pain and would have enjoyed more sensitivity, caring and kindness. After working with me lying on my back, he asked me to lie on my stomach. I expressed hesitation as this causes pain in my shoulders and neck. After moments lying on my stomach, I said I couldn't do and began to cry. Then he said he wanted to show me some neck exercises. I was in no state of mind to learn neck exercises! At that point, it would have made a huge difference if he had set aside his agenda and spoke in a calming voice, put his hand on my upper back and offered to get me a drink of water. That would have supported me in getting grounded and centered. I would definitely not recommend him. Anne

Intrinsi and Jon helped me in my bike fitting. I could feel the difference from pre-fit vs post-fit. He was very thorough in making sure I got the best fit and also explained all the measurements so I understood why the adjustments were made. Retul technology is amazing! I also appreciated that he was flexible in adjusting to our schedules even on a weekend. Will definitely come back for a follow-up fit. I would recommend this to those who are into cycling.

Everyone who works there is an absolute Angel. They are all so sweet and friendly and I never felt uncared for. I was referred to Saveah and she is the sweetest human in the world. She tailored my recovery and my workout program around me getting better as well as the goals I had. She also worked around my needs and was more than happy to change something if it wasn’t working for me. I hope I never need physio again but if I do Saveah and Intrinsi are my first choice.
