Worst ever,was told to go there,after the lengthy app,they had no trucks,even though I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR BOTH.I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO ALL WAY TO VIC..FOR A TRUCK...I SHOULD OF GONE TO VIC OFFICE FIRSTNEIGHBOUR DEALER ON YOUNG LADY KEPT TRYI G TO TELL ME....THEY DIDNT WANT ME CAUSE I WAS VERY ANGRY AT B.S.I SHOULD OF LEFT

Have the trucks locked behind the gate and wouldn't allow to use the self check in option. Had to do everything again and ultimately ended up having to go to another location anyways. Kind of defeats the purpose.
