Seems like the sales rep didnt want to sell a car. I called him, he said he would call me back within 10 mins. I never received a call back that day. He sent me a text message the next day, i replied and still 3-4 days later, no news from him. Im far from satisfied from this dealership and will bring my business somewhere else.

Pleasant experience all around when purchasing a used vehicle here.

I only go to Kia Grenville even though it's far from me because they are the most honest I've ever had to deal with. Pleasant staff from the reception to the owner, real professionals. I don't just feel like a customer when I take my car there, I truly believe they care which is something rarely seen, especially in mechanics! Thank you Stephanie, Lucie, Francois.

Don't trust their advertisements. They advertised a car that actually had 10,000kms more than advertised, and then said it never had an accident when it had. Garbage dealership.

The staff were very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I really appreciated my experience here and would comeback as well and I highly recommend this location to others.

I was driving through when I screwed up the alignment on my tire (dont even ask lol).I had my vehicle towed here for service as it is brand new and under warranty.The sales manager was wonderful and attentive and helped me solve my issue in a timely manner. Made sure to keep me updated each step of the way and even completed some of the recalls that were on the vehicle.Would recommend.

Went in for an appointment taken Online, to install and balance winter tires. Sadly, the job took a full 2.5 hrs to complete, with no explanation given for why it took so long to execute. To add insult to injury, the balancing was not done correctly on one of the wheels, and the car now shakes at higher speeds. It will be 10 days of driving the car like this, before the first appointment they were willing to give me, to hopefully get it right the second time. Disappointed with my experience. And even more disappointed to have lost time with an agent on the phone who had called to request details on my poor satisfaction score. They said the service manager would call me back the next day to try to rectify the situation… but that call never happened.

The staff in this dealership is the nicest I've ever dealt with in any dealership/garage. They are always ready to help with a smile on their faces.
