Big waste of time. The hair « specialist » I had alopecia areata. The person I saw took a look at my head with a special camera, she couldn’t tell what I had. She just suggested a few supplements (that they owned) for a ridiculous price and there was no guarantee that it was gonna work… now how are you calling yourselves hair specialist and can’t identify something simple like alopecia? And also it is concerning that you guys tryna sell products without knowing if that’s what needed… and for people who wonder it was 2 years ago that I visited the place (supposedly after there was a new owner) so idk if that « new owner » thing is something to excuse the bad reviews, but anyways needless to say it is a big scam. People taking money out of people looking for help. In my opinion you should go to a dermatologist instead of wasting you time with scammers… people who are skeptical can go and make their own mind

I give one star because i am not able to give less than that.This place is a joke. The owner is a scam.

They're highly trained (and slightly retarded) scammers that feed on people's misery in vulnerable times.- They told me I'm balding because seborrheic dermatitis" while I have a different pattern of hair loss.Well... they've failed to use the proper term actually

I actually visited this clinique last year, very poor service. The lady just told me I had this sebum problem & from what I see everyone here writing the reviews have gotten the same answer.Also when I called for my consultation they said it would be 50$ it costed me $68.When my mother called to book appointments for me to pay with her visa by phone since I was a student at the time , it was way too much for me & I still find its still way over priced for a shampoo & conditioner hair rinse. Every session would of costed me $100 and the total would of been like $400-$500. The lady who answered my mom on the phone was extremely rude. She is one of the specialists" there. Never went back

Si l'on parle de la clinique sur Sherbrooke, le personnel est Imbu de lui-même et inutilement directif. Cependant, les produits sont bons. Je vous recommande fortement de vous adresser à la clinique située sur le boulevard St-Martin Ouest, à Laval car là-bas, ils sont charmants, professionnels et ils acceptent les clients venant de la boutique de la rue Sherbrooke ( c'est faux lorsque ces derniers vous disent que les dossiers ne sont pas transférables)

I left a 1-star, negative review for this business a while back. However, they have changed hands, so I am editing my review to reflect on that change of ownership and administration.

J’utilise les produits depuis maintenant un an et j’adore. Mon cheveux est beaucoup plus en santé. Je suis cliente à la clinique de Chicoutimi et le service est exceptionnel! Je recommande fortement.

Tres satisfait du nouveau traitement soin infusion pour les cheveux! Apres 3 traitements , jai deja beaucoup de nouveaux cheveux. Je suis vraiment tres tres content du résultat ! Merci a beaute en tete (norgil chicoutimi)
