First Class Limo Service

After reading all the reviews about this limo company I was worried. There was absolutely nothing to be worried about. Kathy was amazing in helping me plan the ride and Peter the drive was so great! It was for a 11 year olds birthday party if 10 kids. Peter was so patient and kind to the kids. Everyone had an amazing time!!!

While the driver was polite, he drove through windy areas so quickly we were all feeling a bit ill. The limo was DISGUSTING. The cup holders hadn’t been cleaned and there was a sticky, nearly moldy mess throughout. The ice bucket was full of sticky water that splashed out as we drove and the music didn’t work. There was a constant rattle in the window and the air conditioning was too weak. I will not be using them in the future.

Picture this. It’s your wedding day. You get picked up with your mom, bridesmaids and flower girl to head to your ceremony on the big day. Only, when you are picked up, you realize the vehicle barely fits you, let alone the rest of the wedding party that you’re meeting at the venue. We ordered a vehicle to fit 14 people and they showed up with a vehicle that fit only 9. During my wedding ceremony I was trying to figure out how to get my wedding party into this tiny limo after photos. My bridesmaids ended up sitting on the floor, where they quickly spotted old jello shooter cups from a former group. Someone was sitting on my dress. Thank for we all had fun anyway. Humiliating and extremely stressful. I called later to ask for a refund which led to a months-long runaround and a nominal discount. Don’t go with this company. Just don’t. Awful. The only thing they did right was show up. Zero stars.

Worst class limo service. If I could give it a 0 star I would. Had a reservation booked and they didn’t show up. Called and texted repeatedly and no answer. Do not use. Save yourself time and money and call a cab.

Do not book with these people. Public transit would’ve been a better experience. First of all I ordered 2 limos for me and my friends graduation day. They were suppose to come at my house at 2pm, but at 1:30 they call me and tell me they only have 1 limo now, so we end up having to make two trips to riverside making half of us almost an hour and a half late. Not to mention no a/c or aux and the empty beer cans and filth in the limo. Then we had two limos booked at 4 to take us to sunrivers for dinner. One limo showed up once again and they tried to tell me I only booked one limo when I have an email I sent them to confirm I had 2 limos booked. Lastly we had two limos booked to pick us up at 6 from sunrivers to go to the dunes and big suprise, one limo showed up. They were late to every pick up. I was on the phone with them almost every hour all day while I was trying to enjoy my grad day. Worst experience ever. If you are thinking of getting a limo from these people for your prom/grad day or wedding day, take the city bus, I promise you it will be 100% better experience then this crappy company.

If you have a group of 5 or more, then there is no sense in calling and wasting your time with Kamloops' taxi companies. I called this company after a wedding and asked for a ride, and they showed up at the exact time I requested. The limo was clean and in good order. And to go from Westsyde to upper Aberdeen, the price was right and way better than if I had called for two taxis.If

Don't bother with this company. We booked them to pickup the wedding party and they no showed, resulting in us having to carpool up and making the wedding party late for their own wedding. Top quality.

Horrible experience. The driver picked us up in pajamas. She backed into a parked vehicle. And drove away. The stereo didnt work and while trying to make it work all power shut off in the back. Never use this service.

These guys were terrible. We ordered a large limo and on the day of our wedding they showed up with one that didn’t fit everyone. Said the one we ordered was getting fixed, but didn’t tell us. Driver was very unprofessionally dressed. Awful experience all around - would have rather walked.

Worst limo experience....after booking weeks in advance they chose to cancel last minute and didn't even bother calling. I called all day to re-confirm and they avoided answering my calls. I finally had my husband call from his number and they answered and proceeded to lie and say that they had tried calling me several times. They we're perfectly willing to leave me high and dry with a group of 8/9 year olds.
