Manitoba License Suspension

Absolute waste of time.. might as well go broke. Then maybe they would actually approve a work permit. Dont waste your time .Keys to an approval seems to be you should lie like the people I know have been approved. Guess anyone can be fooled. But honesty gets you nowhere

The *judges* there need to retire(government should defund this place there's no point of it) just there to take your money, no consideration at all even after showing so much hardship on my end , they seem to be grumpy and over there head like they act with more authority than federal court judges. Many other candidates will do a better job at this office !

Got a letter saying I had a hearing scheduled for 12:45. When I got there, not a single soul was in sight. Then had to wait 2 hours before finally getting my hearing. Unbelievable.

Just waste of time! Really slow process and they don’t care about your job situation and also not update anything on time. After so many documents and applications they refused by giving u such unexpected results! I would suggest don’t waste time and money.

Its the biggest waist of money and time...Please don't get your hopes up.....I have no bus service when I leave work at midnight....They don't care!....I have shared custody of my son......They don't care!!!!!.. I will loose my job, and no seeing my son anymore....All I got was a few tickets that ruined my life......This appeal board is a joke....They do not care about undo hardships at all.....All of them need to retire 10 years ago, and they need to close there doors, because its embarrassing that I fell for there applications fees a hope and there lies.

There needs to be a government review of this facility......Not good......A good person will loose everything.......THERE NEEDS TO BE A GOVERNMENT REVIEW ON THE WAY THIS PLACE CONDUCTED THERE ACTIONS....Please don't waist your time....Do what you have to do to survive....Life is to hard already, and license appeal boared do not care about you, or your family or your job, or food or anything.

I strongly advise that you just serve out your suspension. It’s not worth sitting in front of 3 old men who could careless on what hardship you will face. Even you admitting your mistakes and showing them proof and documentation of the steps you have taken to correct them that still doesn’t satisfy. And even if your record has been clean for over a year and some that doesn’t give you any sympathy. By you even being in that room you were already suspended, and they already made up their minds they just wanna hear what explanation you have so they can laugh at it. They don’t even ask you questions that’s relevant to your driving record which in turn throws you way off. At the same time this motivates me to never wanna be in those men’s presence again, and to record all my driving endeavours cause proof silences corrupt and false statements. If I could give a lower score I so would.

I don't know why alot of people are posting negative reviews whereas the judges are very polite and humble. They review each and every case. Only those get suspended who did something very serious. My overall experience with board members was really good. Thankyou very much for understanding my situation.

Don't waste your time and money! They don't know anything about hardship. They will suspend you anyways because with suspention you will pay more money and the government receive more revenue.

I will advise you not to waste your money and time, this will give you false hope. I had 4 month’s suspension and after going through the process and submitting the appeal (this took 3 months); I was denied the appeal on the basis of it being against the public interest. I am a fresh graduate, they didn’t care i just had a job, i work outside the city (no bus routes) literally 0 bus routes to my work. They do not care about your hardship do not waste your time! you are better off running the suspension out if its 6 months or less.
