The UPS Store

Awful customer service, hope to never need to come here again. The employee insisted to see the email ups send me while I kept explaining ups never sent an email and that I only have a tracking number sent by the sender. He was rude, condescending, and kept talking over me.The employee complained about info on the ups tracking page and tried to lecture me about the package returning after one week. Guess what? My packages were there because I went to pick them up before one week's deadline.

They really care about their customers here! The manager, Adam, really helped make my visit memorable and delivered great customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

These guys are always very helpful, respectful, nice and very patient every time I go. Service is always smooth whenever I've had to pick up packages. I highly recommend!

My dad just came here to drop off a package and the UPS store employee refused to give him a receipt. My dad said that he wanted to take a picture for proof that he dropped off the package. The employee then threw my dads package and kicked the package out of the store. He also ripped off his package label. He also swore at my dad and called him multiple swear words. He was very hateful and disrespectful towards my dad. He then closed the store early and said the store is now closed and he can’t help him. We have never experienced such hateful speech and actions towards us.

Awful customer service, rude person. Did not want to print the receipt. Would not suggest to go there or management need to have a talk with this gentleman.

Ready to lose your important document such as passport? Ship with THIS UPS location! Paid $85 for express delivery. Arrived 4 days late, so I had to ship it back. They advised package was picked up for shipping back - nobody actually showed up to pick it up. Called again, they promised package would be picked up again - still nobody showed up. Now I am calling to have UPS locate and ship my passport back. They said they are not REAL UPS store (just privately owned franchise), therefore they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost packages, refunds or shipping back and I have to directly deal with REAL UPS.I had to reschedule my flight because of this MESS, DO NOT TRUST THEIR EXPRESS SERVICES.

I come to drop off prepaid package to return item to Amazon. Blond guy who is the only one at the store today is litterally helpless. Amazon instructs me to give a copy of commercial receipt for custom purpose to him but he refuses to take it and shout that he will not sign any thing. No instruction provided to the customer, the worst service I ever had in my life. I hope i dont need to come back to UPS any after. Im not sure if my package will be returned safely to Amazon or not.

TRIFLING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Trust ALL these low ratings -save your money and time and go somewhere else. I went to this UPS store with my teenager because we both needed to take a passport photo. She's in school during the week so, we got dressed, drove over on a Saturday and arrived at 2:50 pm. I told the clerk what I needed and he looked at his watch and said, you need to come back on Monday. I asked why?" because there was NO ONE else in the store and they closed at 3PM (10 minutes). He explained that the photos were going to take "too long" to develop and have to be printed out. He said he needed a 30 minute window for passport photos. I told him Monday was not convenient & I had already called about the photos and no one advised me that I needed a 30 minute window. He basically could care less. So

The customer service at this store is exceptional and the workers always exceed expectations. I would like to specifically thank Adam, who has gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my service. This is the only UPS store I’ll visit!

Came here last year, service was terrible. Came here recently and found out theres new management, everyone was extremely helpful and super professional. Even the store looked better, glad to see some great changes under new management!
