We purchased our home from Pike Development, and the build quality was awesome. When Paul says he builds these houses as if he will live in them himself, he is serious. He does not skimp on construction materials. He does not skimp on features. He does not skimp on build quality.Everything was thoughtful through out:Routing the A/C piping as long as possible to reduce noise level.Pre-routing conduits for TVPre-routing wifi access pointsWell constructed crawl spaceHigh quality tile work, with gigantic tiles in the bathrooms.Paul has also been very responsive after the transaction to help fix little things around the house, and even provided us with landscaping for a period after to ease us into the new place.In general, we have been extremely fortunate to find a place built by Pike Development, and it's definitely the right decision for us.

My wife and I were looking for our first home and wanted something different from the 200+ unit high rises around town. We absolutely fell in love with the boutique homes by Pike Developments in Mount Pleasant. We couldn’t be more pleased with Mike and Paul (the developers) and their team!We were impressed by the overall craftmanship and attention to detail of our home. We found the choice of cabinets, light fixtures, and appliances to be modern, aesthetically pleasing, and high quality. On top of that, once we had moved in we discovered that the home was modernized to easily integrate the latest technology. Installing smart switches, smart thermostats, video doorbells, and ceiling speakers were all a breeze with the wiring already set up by the developers. There is even set-up for an electric vehicle charger in our parking pad. To us, this demonstrates a high level of forward-thinking and consideration in the design from Pike Developments.Also, I can’t stress enough the importance of establishing a relationship with the developer. Mike and Paul not only walked us through our home on the day we moved in but also reached out to us periodically to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Being in close contact allowed for any major deficiencies or concerns to be addressed promptly. We also got their feedback on customization we were considering and their advice/feedback saved us countless hours researching and prevented us from making any costly mistakes. It has been almost two years and we are still in touch - they have always been available when we needed them.I encourage everyone to consider purchasing from a smaller reputable developer like Pike Developments. Their attention to detail and level of customer service is unmatched compared to any large conglomerate.

Our experience with Pike Developments has been fantastic. We bought a duplex apartment in Vancouver and when the real estate agent showed us the apartment for the first time we fell in love with it immediately. Everything in the apartment was built with extreme attention to detail. We immediately decided to buy the apartment. On the day we moved in, we were met at the house by the two builders from Pike Developments – Paul and Michael. The real-estate agent said to us that in her 25 years of selling houses, she has never seen builders show up for the house move-in. Clearly, Paul and Michael were proud of their work, and rightly so. After we bought the apartment, it was as great as we hoped it would be – truly a dream home for a young family. When small issues did arise, we were amazed by the immediate and professional response by Paul and Michael to fix the problem, above and beyond what the warranty stipulates. We would be able to contact Paul and Michael via email and phone and the very next day they would show up to fix the problem. Even now, three years after we moved into the house, Paul and Michael recently came to our house to fix a faucet leak – for free – even though the 2 year warranty had long expired. When you buy a house from a big construction conglomerate, it is just a dry business transaction with no human connection. When you buy from Pike Developments you not only buy a house that is beautifully built, you are also blessed with real, caring, human builders who will be there to help you for years after your purchase. We could not be happier with the house and with Pike Developments – truly a unique company that builds extraordinary homes.

My husband and I bought our first home in 2019 from Mike at Pike Developments and have been blown away by his dedication and love for his work. You can tell that Mike and his colleagues care deeply about their creations, demonstrated by the attention to detail, beautiful finishings and top end appliances and fittings. Mike was and is still readily available and eager to answer any questions about the house - we’ve been so lucky to have this, especially when construction on our neighbouring property led to some damage to our common spaces- Mike volunteered to oversee the restoration to ensure the quality. Honestly, We have never met someone that cares more deeply about his product and is just the loveliest to interact with.
