No stars!! This company has dropped the ball on customer service, on keeping adequate stock for popular items (paper clips, tabs, etc.), and on delivery times. They launched a new website that I highly doubt has been tested because there are so many problems. Unfortunately the customers are the first to find these problems and the Mills team seems uninformed. So many of their customers are fed up and have taken their business elsewhere! I've had too many problems to list in this review! If you choose Madill, you will need to muster a great deal of patience. Good luck!

Your truck drivers need another lesson in driving marked vehicles. This includes how to properly merge. I was almost hit by one of their trucks today while they tried to merge into my lane. From my BASIC understanding of driving you aren't supposed to merge into a car that is already occupying the lane. A truck in front of me already merged in and he was supposed to merge behind me. If I didn't lay on my horn he would have kept coming right into the middle of my car. The only way he would have been able to do that would be because I was already in the space. If I wasn't then he would have only hit the front end of my car not the direct middle. He then had the nerve to honk aggressively back at me. This is NOT how someone driving a marked vehicle should drive. They poorly represent the company when they behave this way on the road. 2:59pm on Hastings and they immediately turned onto right onto Boundary road. Hopefully this helps in narrowing down who the driver was so they can be reeducated on driving marked vehicles.
