I called and was on hold for ages waiting for a response from customer service about garden hoses. When I finally got through, I believe I spoke with someone named Ross, who had very little patience for me and the few questions I had regarding what they had in stock and price ranges, his answers were very short, and he kept referring me back to the website. As he said, I can't keep running back and forth for you". I felt he responded rudely

Havens Home Hardware is the best. As a contractor this store has been a life saver during the pandemic with their super efficient curbside pickup. The staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. I've been shopping at Havens Home Hardwares for almost 20 years now and they'll always be my go to store for my building needs.

I went in looking for a Yeti cup and the color and style I was wanting was out of stock. I asked when they may be placing another order. The answer I got was when I do one..."Than rudely asked why? I said the color I was looking for wasent on the shelf

I have been shopping there for years, and usually they have almost everything I need. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful..normally. Although, I had an encounter with an extremely rude employee.. I believe her name was Barb. She treated me with the utmost disrespect. She was condescending and confrontational. She raised her voice to me and treated me as though I knew nothing and that she was above me just for asking a simple question...I will never return there again.

Although I wish they were open a little later for those who are employed, I must say the owners are great and honestly the home section of goods is unbelievable. If I could afford to buy every single item, I would. It's better than 90% of all home goods stores !! They always seem to have what I'm looking for.

Went in to see customer service for help identifying and replacing shower door hardware (likely sourced here by the original builder) and help locating o-rings. As a resident here since 2007, I try very hard to support this and other local businesses. The disinterest and apathy in helping me was profound. On my own after about 20 min of hunting I did find the O-rings and sourced the replacement shower door hardware on line in another 10 minutes. And local businesses wonder why they are being obsoleted by on line alternatives.

I've been using this location a lot, but the trigger to write the review was thanks to Brad going the extra mile to help with the stone veneer for our fireplaces. His efforts and smarts helped get our beautiful Eldorado Stone within one week.
