Astro Extermination

I called Astro for some issues we were having and their response was very prompt and professional. They provided a quick solution and followed up to be sure the problem was solved. I have recommended them to many friends who have all had similar experience.

As someone was saying in one of the review : If you like bed bugs and want to keep your bugs? Hire these guys!Lack of communication , not responsive , no clear process to follow before , during and after the treatment , my daughter's nightmare lasted for a month and a half and could have been fixed earlier if the treatment would have been done by experts.3 treatments later , bed bugs still in there , I took the decision of disassembling the bed frame after researching on google and there they were all having fun , hundreds of bugs in all lifecycle stages .. we kill them all and got rid of the bed frame , as of today we are still monitoring and will be monitoring to make sure they are all gone.2 advices , do not hire this firm and 2nd , if you are stuck with bed bugs , disassemble the bed frame and get rid of it.Thank you

They got rid of the bed bugs we had quickly. 4 treatments and done. They were nice professional and fast.

They did a clients home that had carpenter ants, their treatment worked the first time! They were reliable and even called to follow up.

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I had someone at my place Friday to do the treatment". He just sprayed around and added a few grams (I am not exaggerating) of grey powder under the sink and on the back of my toilet together with a cockroaches "trap" - a paper with some glue on it. He assured me they will be gone! I came back Sunday evening to my empty and treated kitchen and...surprise: the cockroaches where alive and very well (I even have a video with a very active one). But the worst is yet to come as I call them to complain and the lady there was telling me is normal and it takes ONE MONTH for them to go as their products are "Eco-friendly". Plus

The team at Astro extermination were professional from the minute they rang my doorbell. They handled my problem and made sure it would never happen again. We first called Astro for a spider infestation which occured all around the exterior of our house. They came promptly and in just minutes, dozens of spiders were falling out of the exterior house linings and dying instantly. Last summer we had a wasp infestation, and we needed immediate assistance. Astro took care of that too very quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Worst service I've ever had, these people came to my place 5 times and the problem wasn't resolved until I started treating my house on my own . Their very inexperienced and very rude , unwilling to actually listen to their clients about areas that could be infested , at one point they spent less then a half an hour fumigating" my house. If u want to lose your money but keep the bugs these are the people to call. Horrible service
