Pick-n-Pull Cash For Junk Cars

This is one of my favorite places to be on my day off. Wonderfully organised. Inventory is kept pretty accurate and up-to-date. One of the best things about this place is that they constantly try to improve their service. From adding new loyalty features to building new structures for better service, being there is always a treat. If you do go there for your salvage part needs, please be courteous and don't damage the cars while you're extracting your part.

The service is not great. There is always a lineup because just one cashier is working, and lastly, they're too pricey for the parts that you have pull it off with your own tools, I just needed signal indicator for my Chevy Cruze, they cahrged me $32 while I coud buy a new one for $50.

They tried to charge me $100.00 for a simple vacuum actuator because they couldn’t figure out what it was. I told them what it was but they kept saying it was an “ABS module”. That car didn’t even have abs from the factory and they weren’t listening to me about it.I asked to see the manager and she, word for word, said “we don’t need an education to work here, this is pick n pull” after I had said that they didn’t know what the part was! I then asked if I could speak to someone who DOES know what they were talking about and she said that she has been working there for 5 years and knows enough.It was a simple vacuum actuator from an 80s car and they were trying to charge me $100 for an abs module because they didn’t know what they were looking at and didn’t believe me that it should be like $10-$20.Terrible service and terrible knowledge. Expect bare minimum and expect to be up charged when they don’t know what they’re selling

Received a fair price and a hassle free removal of my old vehicle, the quote was fast and friendly, and the yard called me back promptly to arrange for towing. The driver was efficient and professional, resulting in an overall top- notch experience!

Basically in all of Edmonton this one Junkyard would be one of the best to visit n to probably find the part you need except you pull it. Price are good except for the environmental fee" you get slapped with at every sale. It's fairly clean n good space to extract what ever part from vehicle. They are on steel platforms

Tried to sell some cars here and although the customer service on the phone was friendly, their supervisors could not get anything done. Called four or five times, and each time they complained about something else even though I had given them all the info they said they needed. Called a diff company after a couple days and right away they came and picked up and paid, so so much better. Will not be selling to pick n pull again, what a headache

Pretty decent set up $1 to get in. The cashier can quickly find where your part should be. Very well organized

Love going here for years, however it’s been slowly becoming my worse place to shop at.Came on May. 8, 2023 because as stated on the website they had two Acura TL. Payed the one dollar and the row it was supposed to be at was row 78, however row 78 was completely missing. Spoke to an associate and they said it was removed to be crushed. Would’ve been nice if they update their website to show the cars weren’t going to be there anymore so I didn’t have to waste a dollar and a drive coming down here.

I never find myself doing these reviews but this place just deserves my attention. Unorganized and rude service. I browse around in search of some taillights and end up cutting myself on a sharp edge, to find I am threatened in check of cameras and accused of breaking windows at the front desk when asking for a restroom to cleanup. Unprofessional and miserable employees, especially the younger gentlemen. Never coming back and would not recommend to anybody. Go to a different location.

Everytime I call them Noone ever answers the phone literally never not once have I called and got another person on the phone. I live far from there location so sometimes I call to check if they have a vehicle I'm looking for but no answer, I check on there website but that isn't up to date either the site not available but if I go there I'll find it. So really people u need to answer the phones and have an updated list of what u have in ur lot
