They should tell there Drivers. When making a right hand turn. They should be STOPPING for the Red light. And not blowing through the red........I seen the driver do it twice......

On the morning of Sept. 24th, Telecon, contracted by Rogers Inc, had chipped away pavers and damaged our driveway. My wife called 311 and had to stop the persons from continuing any work by physically stepping out of the house. When she approached the supervisor, demanding an explanation, he was unapologetic and claimed that he had the right to conduct this work. He said that everyone in the area was personally notified about the work being done.While we were aware that some work was being done in our neighbourhood, WE WERE NOT informed that any access was needed under our driveway in ANY form. But the blatant disregard with which they attempted to dislodge pavers from our driveway and thus broke them beyond repair (like a bunch of trigger-happy cavemen), is beyond comprehension. To us this was an example of violent trespassing on our property causing damage and has angered us to no extent.Later we also found out that 3 pavers, (not the damaged ones), that Telecon workers claimed to put aside to drill the hole were missing - they were laid on my neighbour's property adjacent to our driveway - another testament to Telecon''s lack of professionalism and inherent carelessness and disregard for other people's property. Following this, we decided to fill out an ombudsman complaint with Rogers and a comment form with Telecon that we found online. We did not hear back from Rogers but got a response from Telecon informing us that the stone had been ordered and that it would be replaced as soon as it was available". No information on time lines or who would be replacing the stones was provided upon our request. "Soon" might mean a few days or a few months

Takes months to get locates because they fired staff over vaccine status. Phone operators are rude and argumentative.

Today three workers were working outside our house installing new bell lines. One of them cut the current cable to our house and never fixed it. This morning before they showed up, it was all good. After they came, we lost our cable, they said they were going to dig it all up again to look where they went wrong and never did. Horrific service, the names they gave me we’re Jasmine, Fernando, and “Luis” who had to think about his name for a second. Unbelievable, they left us without cable after damaging our cable lines which left us without internet or television. None of them spoke English and I was talking to this throughout Google translate the whole entire time. They made no effort to help us or even reach out to management to come and fix this issue. I hope you guys do something about this. Maybe get people who know what they’re doing to do the job.

Make it sound like a great place to work, until you actually work there. They lay off all the people who actually work and keep a bunch of fatties. Find a real job. Avoid this one.

Driver on Monday October 24th at approx 410pm one of your drivers driving 102100 suv cut me off on finch and then proceeded to stop and then once on the 427 south I attempted to switch lanes to get away from him and he swerved I to my lane and slammed on his brakes causing me to swerve once again... this driver needs to be disaplined he is a hazard on the road

Tore off the internet cable from my house with their trucks while here to install Fibe in our neighborhood. Fellow shrugged; “oh sorry” blamed the line even though city saw incident and clearly his fault. Also would not give me a phone number to call. Out three days work as a result.

Your driver at 8:10am this morning July 16 2022 is drunk driving all over the road passing people in intersections in the opposite lane going around the island at Street lights on church St Ajax. Proceeded to swerve to run over a squirrel on purpose in the on coming lane. Passing people on double solid lines. This is absolutely horrible the way your driver was acting and needs to be punished for this. If I could take a picture or video I would of but I'm assuming your company has GPS to see what was going on.
