Jim is not only a very experienced and professional individual, but he also has a natural ability to size up your space and turn it into your dream creation. He also goes through each step of the process and explains why he is doing it that way. He is incredibly punctual and keeps to his word and the schedule, which is a difficult quality to find these days. I highly recommend Jim and his business, Lott Tile & Stone, and if you are lucky enough to find time in his busy schedule, you won't be disappointed.

I have had Jim of Lott Tile and Stone do a number of projects for me over the last 5 years. From a main floor entrance hallway and kitchen in travertine stone (flooring), plus 3 bathrooms - floors and walls in tile and stone. I would not hire anyone else for this type of work. He is so meticulous and strives for perfection in every job he does. Truly an ARTIST in his field. Had him back a few months ago where he finished an outdoor fireplace with a kitchen. I had picked ledgestone for the finish with imperfections, he trimmed each panel to fit perfectly adjacent to the next. This type of work perfection is difficult to find these days.

Jim installed porcelain wood-look tiles throughout our entire main floor earlier this year and I absolutely could not be happier with the results. Not only is he a great guy and super talented - he's also passionate about his work and you can tell just from one conversation with him that he loves what he does.My only wish was that we had more tiling projects around the house so that we could hire him again! Thanks again for everything - we just cannot express our gratitude enough for our new floors. We love showing them off to guests that come over.
