George Paul provides super fast response on my inquiry to a Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara. He also helps me get to know the vehicle during the delivery. I've tried 3 other Jeep dealerships in Vancouver but either got quite vague responses on pricing details or super slow response on availability. overall very pleasant experience being a Jeep wrangler owner here.

I disappointment with the services provided by your dealership. I purchased a new car (Dodge Durango) from your showroom last year, and since then, I have been experiencing a noise coming from my vehicle. I have brought my car in for repair, but unfortunately, your technicians have not been able to identify the problem and fix it, despite several attempts.I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received so far, The noise from my car is still persisting, and it is causing me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I am disappointed that despite my repeated attempts to get the issue resolved, there has been no improvement in the situation.As a loyal customer, I expected better service and attention to detail from your dealership. It is your responsibility to ensure that your customers receive prompt and efficient service, which is not the case in my situation. I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue, as I have already invested a considerable amount of time and money in your dealership.*******I made a video of that noise*******

I had a stellar experience with this dealership.Andy helped me buy my car and the experience to buy the vehicle through him was spectacular. Buying a vehicle, which can be stressful at times, felt easier than ordering a drive through coffee all thanks to Andy.I recommend this dealership for all your vehicles needs!!!

Extremely good customer service. The salesperson was able to answer all of our questions. Show us vehicles on the lot that could be similar to the One that we liked.

They made an offer on my car and show me a few cars . Because I didn't want those cars I have been blocked from shopping at this dealership .. because I refused 2 suvs they showed me very unprofessional. I thought jp dealership are know pressure buying sounds very greedy and rude.

Raghav Budhiraja gave us the absolute best customer service. He was so kind and patient with us (even with my very excited son). After visiting other dealerships, we came back to Dodge because of Rag. Thankyou so much for making car buying a painless experience for my family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was first given the wrong vehicle after months of waiting and had to wait 4 more months for them to reorder me the correct one. When my Jeep finally arrived there were so many deficiencies and ongoing issues with the electric hybrid. The rental cars I received were filthy with pop cans and cigarette ashes that smelled terrible. The final straw was after recently waiting 3 months for my vehicle to be fixed it was returned still broken with no explanation and the owner Chris had the nerve to hang up on me, refusing to manage the concern until I text Paul to get involved. Chris then mailed me a cheque for my gas to the wrong address and has yet to explain why my vehicle is not working...only to say the mechanic will email me instructions for me to drive it in hybrid mode until it apparently works. However, I told him I have been doing this for 1 week since he hung up on me and refused to correct the issue and nothing has changed. I cannot comprehend the immense amount of errors since the day I bought my first brand new vehicle. They ruined the experience and have given me so much stress and unhappiness. I would not recommend this dealership or their mechanic dept.

Bought a 2016 300s. Had a couple of problems after I bought it. They dealt with those problems when technically they weren't obligated too. Andy was a good guy to deal with. Would recommend buying from j.p. in the north surrey auto mall.

After going to 9 dealers, I wish I could have gone to this dealership first, as it would have saved me time and energy.I highly recommend this dealership as it is far superior to them all.You must see Peter D. for your vehicle – this guy has exceptional service and goes far up and beyond.
