Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been with this pharmacy now for 5-6 years, it is getting worse and worse. I am on blister packs as well as pain medication that I need everyday. Every time my medications need to be refilled they do it at the last minute, the day of you suppose to pick them up, I have waited for medications for up to 2 weeks because the doctor was off. When they do up my meds, why can they not see that a refill will be needed and request it a mon ahead of time instead of the last minute. Then you get attitude because you have to call them to see if the med is ready and they say still haven’t heard from the doctor…I have chronic pain and some days can’t walk, this is Morphine and Tramadol plus sleep meds they are playing around with. Every month there is some issue and I am sick of not getting my meds when I need them, waiting for them to contact a doctor they could have a month ago, and then living with the anxiety that I have to go without my meds because of the job they are not doing. This is not rocket science…filling the prescription, it says refill needed, contact doctor a month before the next fill. Can’t wait to move out of Drumheller and get a shoppers pharmacy that actually will help you to be able to get your medications on time

Friendly staff, I think I came in whlile they were doing inventory or something because nobody was at the register but they came over quickly

Short haired lady at the front was so rude. Just huffed and puffed because she had to void some stuff at the till since the price card on the rack was inaccurate so we decided not to buy something (came up as double the price shown on the card).

This pharmacy has all I have ever looked for.I have found it to be very close too the same arrangements in the cities.

Your typical Shoppers Drug Mart. I was able to find what I needed and it was open on a Sunday!

I'm giving a 5 star because the pharmacy is open late on Sunday. If it wasn't for them being open until 9 I wouldn't have been able to get my prescription I got from seeing doc at ER this last Sunday night until Monday morning. Thank you for having late hours!! The pharmacist was very friendly. Told her I was so glad they were open late. Also the lady at cosmetic counter greeted us with hello and a smile & young gentleman running the front till was friendly too.

Terrible service, wait time was out of control for a medication and the pharmacist was negligent. Instructing that a medication that MUST be taken with food, can be taken with or without" food

Always fast efficient service. Always willing to help out and wonderful greetings at the door. Post office availability, Pharmacy and food. What more can you ask for. Definitely somewhere I will frequent often.
