I love this place and bringing friends here when they are in town for a visit. We usually rent a couple of Honda Ruckus scooters. It's an incredibly fun way to tour with friends and show them around Victoria. Riding up and down Dallas road and checking out all the lookouts, beaches, and cool houses. Also the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You also get a thorough lesson on the ins and outs of the scooters.

Still salty about our experience. Started off well with a friendly customer focused guy. We rented mopeds for half the day. We came in 6 minutes (6!) past our return time and blonde curly haired guy (who acted like he owns the place) charged us for the whole day! He did not offer to let us ride the rest of our time. Which would have been another 3 hours! Until they closed. We were just like so shocked. The mopeds were right there and we could have taken them and continued riding. We are locals and this made us even more angry. Super stingy on the time and we can’t believe that guy did not give us any leniency (I mean like actually 6 minutes dude!) or at least let us ride out our time. Super disappointed. We want that time refunded or some kind or coupon, they I will consider adjusting my review because the ride it self was fun and we made it fun. The renting experience however was disappointing and careless.UPDATE: I was contacted by Cycle BC- they heard my case and admitted fault. I’m satisfied with the result and updating review to 4 stars.

We were visiting Victoria for four nights and wanted to cycle a couple of bike routes so we went to Cycle BC to rent an e-bike for my husband. Marty was super helpful in directing us on the best trails, good turn around points, and other points of interest along the way. I brought my own peddle bike from home, but the rear fender unfortunately got damaged on our way to Victoria from the mainland and Marty went out of his way to help me make my bike rideable still. Friendly staff, good service, and good location for hopping onto a number of different trails from the harbor area.

Great bikes! Had an amazing ride to Port Renfrew on a CB500X. Well worth the price and some of Canada's best twisty roads nearby. Looking forward to my next trip!

Ander and his team were so amazing and professional. They put us non e-bike riders at ease and gave us great local insight on where to go. A class act from start to finish. Highly recommend checking them out

Friendly fast service, excellent bikes equiped with great locks and helmets. The person at the desk also gave us a few suggestions on where to go for great tour of spring flowers on our rented bikes. We had a great time!

What a great team! Such a friendly and helpful group of folks at Cycle BC. Conveniently, located close to the inner harbor in Victoria. I went looking for a mobility scooter to rent for my mother and theirs was already rented, but they offered me a wheelchair, instead. It was a perfect solution, and very reasonably priced $25. They even called my hotel to see if they had a complementary wheelchair for me, first. Great experience.

Super friendly guys, very knowledgeable about the area. We rented the 700GS for the day, such a great way to tour the area.

Decent value for an e-bike all day at 75$Nice selection of bikes and friendly staff. Quick in and out service.One star missing. As we had a reservation , bikes reserved as requested. However not the one pictured.I will likely rent here again as it’s convenient location.
