We had a furnace issue with our trailer. I diagnosed as best as I could. I removed it from the unit and was able get it in immediately and Thad worked on it and had it up and running very quickly.The staff was very accessible and helpful.Thanks for your speedy, courteous service.We will be back.Cheers Sherrill and Brian

We had excellent service. We had a power issue with our travel trailer while at the campsite this past weekend. We thought we were going to have to take it in for repair but Kathy at the service center was able to help trouble shoot the problem and solve it over the phone. It saved us both money and the hassle of bringing our trailer in for repair. Highly recommend RVs Unlimited.

We had trouble with the control panel of our RV. RV Unlimited staff were helpful and kind. We called a number of RV services and no one could make time to help us, some for 8 weeks. We were travelling across Canada so could not wait for 8 weeks!!! RV Unlimited were absolutely amazing and got us back on the road. I strongly recommend them!!

Buyer beware if you buy a trailer here. Supposedly they do an inspection of all components before you take the trailer home, but we have found that is definitely not true. First, our connector for our outside stove didn't work, at all. We had to take it back to be replaced as it was defective. This absolutely should have been caught as the sales person told us specifically it had been tested. Second our awning stopped working and we found out that the access for the manual override cover was not installed correctly. We could not access the manual override. So we took the trailer back again and they admitted it was not on correctly and thst the awning issue was a simple disconnection (that we would have been able to fix ourselves). They are charging us for putting the manual override cover back on properly and a 2 second fix of putting the connection back in for the awning. Again, this absolutely should have been checked as part of their supposed pre-delivery inspection. There have been other small issues with the trailer as well, things thst should have been caught by them. 100% do not trust them to complete work they say they are doing. We will not be using them for maintenance in the future as they cannot be trusted. Buyer beware.

Thanks to Jesse at RVs Unlimited, our experience purchasing our very first RV was wonderful! We live a good distance away from Kingston which could have made finding and buying our RV quite challenging, but Jesse made the process as seamless as possible. He did everything to help from answering a million questions to sending videos...lots of back of forth, but he was always very patient and professional throughout. Also, a shout out to Terry for hooking up our RV and giving a fine tutorial as we knew nothing about RVs prior to and Candice for taking care of all the paperwork. Thanks again guys! Our family, especially the little ones are super excited and happy about the adventures this RV will help bring!

Had to get a skylight fixed after a nasty little derecho blew through. The folks at RVs Unlimited did a great job fixing that. Everyone was so friendly and helpful too. I'll definitely be going back, I just hope it's not too soon with another problem!

We had an excellent experience. As first time trailer shoppers we had alot of questions and Liam was very patient with us. We were happy at how low and managable the prices were. Our dreams could become our reality. We exchanged information and we're excited to receive emails about the trailers we viewed. The brochures we took home will definitely help us in makeing a purchase in the future. Thanks again Liam for being so awesome

We were traveling through the area and our camper had some issues. We stopped there and the staff was great. They helped me get what I need and were super kind and nice to deal with.
