Purchased Bertie's logs for the first time after reading such good reviews and we are so happy with the quality and service. Firstly I had completely forgotten to clear a space for the delivery and the driver not only cleared the space but left everything neat and tidy. We've used several different suppliers in the past and Bertie's logs are by far the most superior in quality and burning time . Very happy customer and will only use Bertie's going forward. My usual (great) supplier had run out of logs so I ordered some kiln dried open fire logs from Berties. Quality superb (bone dry). On line ordering dead easy. Delivery on time and friendly. Recommended!

Just taken my annual delivery of kiln dried logs from Bertie's for my small wood burner.Due to knee problems I had to use their stacking service.I found their guys helpful and cheerful despite having to transport them some distance from the road to my garden log store, they made a very neat job of the stacking.Five star service all round.Thanks.Simon.

The logs are top quality and very well dried, and on the occasions when - due to my tardiness in ordering - I’ve had to try another supplier, I’ve noted how much better Bertie’s are. We get all of our wood from Bertie's. The quality of the wood is top notch. It always burns easily and clean. No smoke. The only downside is getting a delivery slot.
