I have had the pleasure of receiving the services from this Spa for well over 10 years. The new owners are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is calm and relaxing. Should you have a concern, they take the time and respond immediately to outline the treatment provided along with the associated costs so you can relax and be assured you are getting the best. In my opinion, this is by far the best place in the Tri-Cities and I would highly recommend it. KN

I tried a pedicure here as I saw online they offered a “foot peel” service.My feet have gotten so bad with the warm fall weather plus being very pregnant. My feet were so cracked and dry. They were looking sooo bad. The foot peel service was great! Feet looks way better than how they would after a normal pedicure.Massage and hot towel and nail colour are still included. There isn’t really a foot soak but they scrub your feet and leave it looking good! I also paid the same price as I would for a normal pedicure.

Sherri provided a beautiful deluxe mani and brow tint. She was knowledgeable and helped me answer all my questions before the appoint. You can tell that she loves what she does. Thanks so much!

I ended up doing a walk in before my wax and I got Sherry who not only fit me in for my finger nails bit toes as well. To top off not only being fit in and on a time crunch, she made me feel extremely relaxed and made it feel like the whole thing wasn't rushed at all. It was a spur of the moment but I've rebooted and plan on seeing Sherry regularly as the quality was great and the experience was amazing. Thank you again!!!

I just had a regular manicure and pedicure with Elizabeth . She was great and provided excellent service . The place is very calm and relaxing . I was just a bit surprise with the price . It seemed a bit high compare to other places .

It’s a nice and calm place, I loved because I need time to myself. I do my nails and massage with Sherry and she is so good! I trie to go back soon as I can!

I called on Oct 10, asking to book an apt to remove my Shellac manicure, and do a regular pedi. Pedi: 2 days later the color on one nail just came off in one piece?! (so I find $55.00 pricey for the quality). As for the Shellac mani remover, she just used filed first, then acetone, then remove polish with a tool, that's it...where I go to do that, they file and use a buffer and apply a strength clear coat...I was very disappointed, and won't go back!

I went to this location as I have always done in the past 10 years, for an eyebrow wax. This visit was my last. The Gal took me in, sat me down, and immediately got her wax out and applied to my brows without even looking at them to see what needs to be done. I was about 30 seconds in the chair. She took the tweezers for about 5 seconds and that was that. I said, 'That's it

If your looking for you new favourite spa then this is definitely the place! They have amazing and very professional staff to make you feel right at home. I’ve gone in for laser and their equipment is the latest and greatest technology in the industry, almost completely painless. I usually go for facials as well and I promise you won’t be disappointed, you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated!
