The only ultra cuts location I go to in Regina and that’s for Teanna! She does a perfect job at cutting my hair and knows exactly how I like it cut, just like your local butcher !

Going down from 5 stars to 2 stars rating when you have to wait for over 15 minutes past the appointment time, they staff is not concerned about that at all and to add, when the hair dresser shows an unpleasant attitude. Show some professionalism. My last hair cut at this store.

Had a horrible experience here!So I went in for a trim as a walk in. I sat on the chair and closed my eyes and took sometime to relax. Told her about a inch. Just the ends. My hair was about to my belly button area. When she was almost done I opened my eyes. She had cut my hair between my elbow and shoulder and the shortest piece was just about my shoulders. I had asked for a trim! It was so uneven and short! The back part of my hair was short and the front was long. I was keeping my hair long for two reasons. I am getting married and after I get married I was suppose to be donating my hair to someone I know with cancer. I had went home in tears. Had later called back to explain my frustration and they offered for me to come back and to have the same lady fix it. I said no way. And they told me their manager would call me. I ended up sending a Facebook message about to them and they had asked me to go in so she can look at it. Don’t see what looking at it would fix it. I expected a simple trim of the ends. Not cutting off half my hair.I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Literally butcher cut my children’s hair. If I could give a 0 I would. Obviously the person who runs this establishment just lets anyone work a chair. Horribly disappointed.

Teanna at Ultracuts was amazing!! barely even screamed at all!She took the patience with him to get used to the clippers very good with kids she did a Wonderful job. Definitely going back there again!.

Hairstylist— Aman did a terrible hair cut to my son!!! I normally go with Teanna in this location but she was not available today so went with walk-in and that was my absolute mistake & regretting for it!

I went to get a trim and came out with a boys haircut, I am a senior whose hair was down to her shoulders and I asked just for a trim, I was concerned when she was doing it and I again said a trim only please. When she was done it was disgusting.They must not want customers.

Worst haircut I ever had. She just finished my haircut in 5 minutes. Even I could do a better job than her. And they dont even know how to respect their customers. Could have given 0 if there is an option
