Place your orders on the app, thinking it will be faster, but no, the drive-tru a snail goes faster, and it's like the Napkins and utensils are coming out the staff salary as you have to keep asking for it and the staff plays that they don't hear you asking, how can you eat a bagel or sandwich without an napkin or eat the bowls without a fork or spoon, and even eat the soup without a spoon. Like, really come on.

Extremely horrible customer service. This staff spilt the hot coffee on my hand and burn my hand. He even yelled at me saying it’s my fault because I didn’t park close to him. He didn’t say one single “sorry” to me. No apology at all.

Terrible customer service!! Staff were distracted, chatting and mingling with each other and had no sense of urgency. Well over ten vehicles waiting at drive thru (not a morning rush) all because these staff constantly chatting away. I was then charged for and given incorrect items ordered (clearly because these fools were not focused on their job!)Staff was rude and did not take ownership of HIS mistake. Extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid this shop!

We are regular customers at this location, the manager came over to tell us to keep it down because we were laughing a little. We are seniors and visible minorities so he felt empowered to be rude. Shame on him!

HORRIBLE customer service. I asked for napkins and this young boy put his finger up and later THREW the napkins on the ordering counter. My friend beside me was trying to order from one of the female employees and she just walked away midway during his order…(?) worst customer service i have encountered ever…and this is not the first time it has happened. Twice I’ve ordered here, I ordered a cheese croissant and they gave me some random two pieces of bread with some cheese in it. One time I ordered a frozen lemonade large and received a cup of ice and sugar. The employees always give an attitude in the way they talk and the way they look. Horrible. Never again.

The service is really slow. I was waiting for a coffee and it took over 20 minutes. Additionally, I placed a mobile order and told the person through the speaker my name. However, they did not understand and demanded for the order number. This does not make sense especially since the app itself tells you to give your name. I’ve never experienced this in other Tim Hortons locations.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Extremely rude staff and horrible customer service. I will be going higher up to complain about a made up rule the person at the window was enforcing.

Wow...they finally brought back Maple Dip and Canadian Maple donuts....so delicious. There was a young lady serving us, and she was friendly and happy....such a nice person. Often I found the staff looking a bit miserable, so this was a refreshing change. The variety of donuts was terrific.

Worst experience.!Monday Feb 20th between 8-9pm.Did drive thru. No one answer at the speaker so I drove thinking maybe theyre closed already. When I got to the window 3 guys standing looking at me. I told them I was there nobody herd me. One of them told me to drive around again to the speaker and order. WOW!!!! I left.
