I recently contacted TMC to discuss options for replacing an older keypad. In speaking with the technical support service, we determined a quick and economic solution. The on site technician, Satinderpal, was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very impressed with the customer service.

Excellent service! I triggered a false alarm, and within 10 seconds TMC called my number to confirm. With our previous company I could call them first to report the false alarm- before they even noticed or responded.

I wanted to upgrade my older security system but maintain my sensors. They had the solution at a very affordable price AND the support on the phone. Excellent people and products. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Very happy.

The system itself is fine. The staff who answer the call centre need training in logic and customer service. They called me (on my cell) due to an error code. Then I called them back and they won’t talk to me as my name is not on the system (the name they have is a typo) but they refused to deal with me and now need my husband to send them in writing a request to add me?!? How do you have my number and not recognize that you simply spelled my name wrong?!? Going to be looking for a new company that uses common sense!

The best in the business period.I’ve never had in my life the consistently quick responsiveness like these guys provide, by getting a call if my alarm has been activated for ANY reason.That along with their associate’s pleasant, professional, engaged and kind demeanor make this a company that knows how to serve. Believe it or not their people seem to like doing what they’re doing!!! This company clearly knows how to hire the right people and or how to train them! Bravo really and how refreshing especially in this day and age.Look no further for your security needs.Thank you.

Writing this on behalf of my 76 year old mother for 3 weeks her alarm system has not been working first they blamed rogers had them come to the house twice no it wast them then they asked her to change the battery we could not get the faceplate off so they sent someone out and charged her 140.00 how about you compensate me for the 3 weeks i had no alarm system which is your responsibility i thought you were supposed to be senior friendly you had my mother practically in tears this is disgusting and a rip off why are you not compensating her for the days the alarm didt work we will be filing a complaint w the BBB re your unfriendly and unkind service I paid for year in advance and for 3 weeks I had no service , I paid for service you did not provide.People dont let you senior deal w these ppl
