I'm glad that I bought my vehicle from Crossroads Motors and would recommend it to others. I mostly had dealings with Basal but also met Dawood. They had some repairs done to the car before I picked it up and also found and installed all-seasons on it. When I came to pick up the car, we realized that the air conditioning wasn't working so they sent me to their mechanic and had it charged. Overall, a good experience.

Bought a car from here in February, was told it was inspected and we asked if they could do just one more before we were certain since this was our first car….they said all was well and it was nothing to be concerned about.Started having troubles with the car and took it in for another inspection, our brakes weren’t connected properly, Window motor comes and goes just so many things that they would have saw in the first two inspections….really disappointed and now have to sell and try again. Do not recommend :/Noor was very helpful thought and patient just thought I’d throw that out thereAlso I don’t want a reply back saying this never happened and that you’ve never had us as costumers I have the bill of sale and everything I also have the techs # that “looked” at our car before we got it.I’m very disappointed in the problems we’ve had with the car as one of them was with the brakes where they disconnected because no one’s ever inspected them. (Could have ended badly)

Dawood is very friendly and treats everyone as part of the family. The Ford Focus I purchased is in great condition. He was very upfront and honest. One issue he mentioned with the air conditioner blower and offered to have it fixed before I picked up the car free of charge. He went above and beyond what most car dealers would go to and was very honest about the pricing and conditions of the vehicle. Would highly recommend crossroads motors to anyone I know.
