I’ve had nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company. The company I purchased a sofa from used them to pick up my old sofa. They kept changing the pick up dates which I was trying to coordinate with the delivery of my new sofa, I left repeated messages which were never returned and when I requested the company I purchased my sofa from arrange for another company to pick up my old sofa, AMJ kept calling and texting they were picking up my sofa. Very frustrating dealing with these people and their customer service is one of the worst I encountered.

Wayfair use their service delivery to me. They delivery down my street, not in front my door. I have to move the bathroom sink from their truck by myself and 2 drivers just stand there watching us. Never use their service again.

Paid for in room delivery.. They had to bring a large and heavy bathroom vanity with marble top down a rough flight of stairs. They were patient and hardworking.

They sent delivery notice, waited all day my delivery never came. When we called, they told us to call Bad boy because according to them they never picked up anything. Which makes no sense on why they even mislead us by sending a notification my delivery is coming Wednesday on the Monday of that week. Not only that, they had zero answers for why that notice was sent. The store has been waiting for them to come, and still they have not gone to pick it up. Now it's been two weeks of waiting.

I called early and asked for a specific time frame and I was given a pretty close time. The drivers came on schedule and assembled our couch quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite, no bad experience here!

Quick and efficient service today for delivery of a heavy kitchen table and chairs. They arrived within the time quoted and after notifying within 10min of arrival. Ronald and William were quick and did not complain about the big flight of stairs! Very satisfied!

Masterbrand (aka Thomasville) consigned our Home Depot-bought kitchen cabinets to be delivered by AMJ. Unfortunately, on the first delivery they refused to leave any paperwork for us to inventory items or mark the visible damage, which was extensive. We filed claims with HD and will receive new cabinets, but the delay means our kitchen will not be ready for move in.On the second delivery of cabinets, we waited several hours beyond the delivery window, then received an incomplete delivery, with several cabinets still missing without explanation. Home Depot gets dinged here too, for not being more in the loop on backorders and missing items.On the positive side, AMJ does tend to have humans answer the phone and that really is the best way to work with them. Call, confirm, call and confirm again. The dispatcher can confirm the truck location and tell you your number in the delivery queue for an approximate arrival time on the day of. Then you wait and hope for the best.
