Lost Creek Golf Club

This is a place where you truly have to experience it to realize how truly horrendous it is. The most recent experience was a round that was on pace for 7+ hours. There were 2+ open holes in front of a backlog of 8+ groups. When discussed with the Clubhouse, the only solution is to Go and play 10". The Marshall's drive around just saying "hi" to groups

Interesting layout where accuracy is more important than distance. Overall length is short, but the course still has some bite. Greens are in good shape and roll true. Fairways also good, but dry and hard, your ball will roll. #11 is probably the signature hole and is the only one that runs along the lake. Friendly staff.

Incredibly rude clubhouse worker. A group of 4 of us had finished 9 holes and proceeded to hole 10 thinking we had booked a twilight rate. As we were driving past the clubhouse to hole 10 the clubhouse worker comes out yelling at us. We stopped our carts and he told us we had to leave because we only paid for 9 holes. Honest mistake and we were fine with ending it at 9 holes, however the worker continued to belittle us over it. I couldn’t believe his attitude and rudeness. Will not be returning to this course.

My dad and his friends' go to course and my local course. Absolutely amazing views and generally very fun course. Love the challenge of the back 9 and the lengthier fairways. The staff are excellent and as they seem to be improving amenities whenever possible. Hope to be golfing here for many years to come!

brutal customer service, the marshall accused me of only pre paying for 3 people when i had paid for 4 and had proof of payment, over priced as well. no cart service is a mega negative, don't golf here if you want deal with friendly people

Played the front 9 after work. Amazing course for the price, with beautiful views at every hole. Views of the creek/falls at the 2nd and 8th holes were especially impressive.

I haven’t been in years but went this morning for an 8:48am tee off for our first game of the year. The guy working the front was very awesome. Recommended we get in the course right away as no one ahead of us for 50mins. Even suggested instead of the cages just hit a few extra balls. And wished us to have a fun, relaxing game. I don’t think I’ve ever had that attitude at any golf course since i started 20 years ago. Beyond the great service, the price is killer and the course is one of the most beautiful and playfully challenging in NS. I almost hesitate writing this comment so keep this gem to ourselves but like the guy wished us - get out and have fun!

Dee in the restaurant is so nice and friendly, I would hire her tomorrow but she is very happy we’re she is. Dee understands costumer service. The course is in great shape.

Was a little hesitant with previous reviews but absolutely no complaints for a Sunday morning. Beautiful course and well organized.

A very enjoyable day. Lost creek has a lot to offer. Fairways were in good shape. The holes offer a few challenges with some tricky dog legs combined with mid fairway trees and steep hills. Greens were in decent shape - on the smaller side - but rolled consistently. There are a few places where players are playing too close. I can think of two holes where we were putting or getting ready for approach shots and other players were hitting balls into our area and they weren’t tremendously off line. Some beautiful views - but also one or two places where the course seems to have just dumped some refuse or rough chopped trees - those seem like an easy fix and do take away from the experience. Service is ok - but again, this site could be a touch more premium if it wanted to be. All in all - a good day of golf and reasonable value for the experience.
