Portsmouth Historic Town Hall
Beautiful and well-preserved historic village right beside the Kingston penitentiary . This is a neat area to walk around to admire all of the old homes and historic Ontario architecture. There is free parking nearby and easy access to the Waterfront trails and penitentiary.
