York Construction Academy is the place to be and it helped me level-up with practical training while developing valuable technical skills that focus on doing the work and doing it the right way.I am grateful to my instructors B and Nardo who were simply amazing, the staff/management including Bora and Vlad who were supportive throughout and the whole YCA team as a whole for the excellent experience they delivered. They really care about the success of the students.Many students ended up landing exciting jobs as soon as they completed the progam while others are off to apply what they learned in the field in their own businesses or for their own homes!Thank you for everything YCA! I am happy to refer anyone else I know and look forward to staying in touch with the school.

Best course to take if you want to learn about construction. Great staff. B, my instructor is the best teacher I’ve ever had. She has so much patience teaching us to make sure we are always doing the right steps. She makes the class challenging and fun. Perfect environment to learn real life construction.

I dont usually give 5 stars but after completing my course modules with both Teachers I must say I went into this institution with little knowledge of construction and renovations and leave with 95% confidence, the other 5% I will gain with experience. Thank you to the full team, instructors, assistants,secretary and fellow students to help me accomplish my goals this far. I recommend starting your construction career with York Construction Academy.

I had a great experience during this program. Learned so much from B, the instructor. She’s very attentive, cares to make sure you’re doing everything the right way. I would recommend this school to anyone who’s trying to get into the construction field.

Amazing course. Both the theory (with Nardo) and the practical with B and Milan was fantastic!!Virtual: Nardo is very patient and always provides a great deal of knowledge from his experiences. You learn each of the stages of building a home, and learn some background about condos.Practical: B and Milan are an absolute blast to learn from. They try to create the environment of you working on a job site so you are job ready when you graduate. They help you with better techniques and provide you with insight on how to use material best/efficiently.My only advice would be to give your best in both the virtual and practical because you get what you put in. The instructors are a great resource but ultimately comes down to you if you want to learn the right way!

I'm taking this academic hotel maintenance course, and it's a very friendly environment. The instructors are very knowledgeable as academics and technicians and are always willing to help. You learn a lot in a short period of time with hand tools and construction materials. They also have enough material to teach everyone. I like how the instructors are professional and friendly. The location is convenient for car parking and ttc. I enjoyed the experience and never expected to learn so much in a short period of time.

The learning experience at YCA practical hands-on was phenomenal! The online learning did not follow the syllabus given to the students which created a gap in the learning process. However the in class instruction from “B” was exactly what is needed to prepare the students for various trade job opportunities. Admin “Bora” was also a big help in supporting the students progress. I would highly recommend this school to any individual interested in pursuing a career in the various construction trades!

I took the time part home renovation course, an it was the most fulfilling experience I ever had. In my experience the instructors were amazing, very knowledgeable, highly skilled and passionate for what they do. I highly recommend YCA.

York Construction Academy is such a great place for learning new things in construction. It is my first time taking any sort of formal construction education and it truly has been wonderful. Very glad for the practical part of the course that embeds and furthers the theoretical part of the course.
