Went in for passport photos. The first rep signed the guarantor line. The second messed up the stamps on the back. Then their camera wouldnt load to reprint them.I later found out from another company's photo lab that the quality of image, and the fact that they didnt instruct me to remove my glasses or adjust my bang out of my face means that they would have been denied.

Recieved an email stating that my order was ready for pickup in the morning (9am) I went around 5pm to pick it up and they said it's not there yet. Confused, I told the worker that I received the email and he said yeah that doesn't mean that it's ready. Honestly it probably won't be sorted out and ready for a few more days".Slightly frustrated with the inconsistency and lack of communication between the online department and in person."
