Went for nostalgia food, left happy with an original chicken sandwich. Tasted exactly like it did as a teen. The foods great and the workers are nice

My husband and I will sometimes grab take out from this location when we are too tired to cook and feel like having a treat. Sometimes the food quality will vary, from fresh and so enjoyable to less than so but nothing horrific. Last night (Jan 27 , 2023) I grabbed two whopper combos for my husband and I. The food was not the freshest we’ve had, but nothing stood out as dangerous initially. This morning we both woke up feeling off and that has now transitioned into violent illness. We are literally spewing Lava out of both ends and are struggling to care for our toddler today. I am appalled! So disgusted and angry right now, we will never, EVER order from this place again. It wasn’t the usual staff working last night maybe that’s part of it but either way, it seems like someone did something very wrong and now we are suffering. Two star rating cuz their usual staff is amazing but this bad experience trumps any good experience we’ve had
