I have seen Susan for a few years now and she has far exceeded any expectations I had for a therapist. She is patient, attentive, very knowledgeable and experienced as well as funny. She creates a safe space to open up and work through very difficult and confusing issues. My experience has been life changing.

Spent $1,000 and received nothing but a career assessment that I could have done on my own for a lot less $$. No help with transitioning to a new career, literally nothing. And she was rude and threatened to tell my employer I used her services when I didn't pay her quickly enough. I would NEVER recommend her services.

Dr. MacDonald has been my therapist for years. She is competent, patient and is able to pick up on things that were mentioned years ago to reset the stage to what is current and what can help me cope. I always feel great after speaking with her as she brings in new perspectives and solid approaches. I admire her wisdom as a woman and has a mother of grown children.

Susan is an empathetic, caring counsellor. She has prepared career plans for both myself and one of my sons. These plans are of great help in focusing career plans and educational pursuits. I highly recommend Susan for her Career Counselling Services. In addition, she has supported me in times of personal difficulty and in this respect is a calming and supportive influence. I would also recommend her for other counselling services.
