I had a great experience with Ray and his team, when I came by to purchase my new car stereo. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and he ordered the parts needed to do the installation. Once the stereo was installed, the sound was phenomenal! He honors his warranty and was committed to making everything perfect. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends. My mom got her car stereo done here too!

Amazing service. Friendly staffI needed to replace the radio in my 2017 Dodge Caravan and they suggested the JVC KW-M750BT that had Apple Car play which my factory radio didn't have. New deck works with SiriNew radio installed and works and sounds great

This was probably one of the best customer experiences I've had. Prior to calling these guys, I had called a few shops to purchase and install a car radio; however, they would rush me off the phone and provide quick/vague answers to my questions. When I called and spoke to Justin, he took the time to explain me the differences between some of the systems and what I would be getting. Being someone that isn't familiar with this type of stuff, it was great to have someone take the time to explain me some of the details, without feeling that I was wasting their time. I had an AMAZING experience with these guys. I brought in my 2017 Honda Civic Touring for a simple tweeter install. They took me in without turning this small job away. Turns out the job was a bit more complex than I or they expected as the kit that came with the pre-purchased tweeters had parts that did not fit my civic properly. They knew exactly what to do and immediately got to work on customizing a few of the parts until the tweeters fit in the housing even better than any custom job I could find online. They were a huge help and now the car looks and sounds so much better. Don't be fooled by low star ratings. These guys go over and beyond and some customers will never be happy. Just the way it is in business. Reasonable price and over-delivered. Thanks guys!!!

I personally dealt with Justin for my visit, but also met Ray while I was there. All I can say is this was my first time visiting this business, and they did an amazing job. Courteous, patient, professional, and on time. My mom got me an aftermarket alarm, and remote starter, I got it installed on my manual car, and Justin knew exactly what to do. There was a slight hiccup with the auto start feature, but Justin was able to figure out the issue no problem after talking with tech support. The part I really like is that when I went to pick up my car, he made sure I tried the auto start feature in the parking lot, and let me do it as many times as I wanted to get the hang of how it works. He did this while assisting another customer that was there before me. He also didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about the operation since it was my first time playing around with it. I didn't feel rushed, and overall would highly recommend them! Definitely worth the drive out there. Thanks again for everything, and I'm excited to start my car from my phone now!

Helpful and knowledgeable guys. Although i have yet to do any major installs with them as my current car is already completed, I would not hesitate to bring my next car here as they have the knowledge and expertise to do the job right the first time. My most recent trip here was for a stubborn plug i could not get loose and the guy with beard, dont know his name, helped me by taking it out with ease and did it for free. I appreciated that gesture.
