I have had a lot of service related issues with this locationbetween not receiving the things requested including charged items as well as having the service staff confuse themselves over chicken sandwiches when they are required to ask grilled classic or spicy (sometimes people just want what is depicted in the image on the screen) or the understanding that drink sizes are 1 bigger than what you request (or however it is) , I believe a lot could be improved from a more standardized format in their menu. Perhaps also better training.

Great prices. But every single time I get the Double Jr Bacon burger ( advertising 4 slices of bacon ) I only ever get 2 small slices. Which is fine.. I'll just keep getting credit with doordash every time lol

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Multiple people in front of us had their order be wrong and we honestly should have known by that alone ours would be too. My partner went back after 5/10 minutes to say our order was incorrect and they refused to remake the order and they charged us for entirely new food. Got home to eat and everything was lukewarm at best. Better off driving to Belleville

Mother in law was charged twice for the same order 27.08$ a total of 54.16$ and they have been giving her the run around and not giving her money back. Her bank statement clearly shows she was charged twice. She showed them and said it would be in her account in 2-3 business days, it's been over a week and they just say the same thing when it's brought back to there attention. I'm my opinion this is considered theft of 27.08.

Husband went through drive thru. No one ahead or behind him.Ordered bacon, egg sandwich combo. Received sausage and cheese with no egg on a croissant. Wrong order when not busy at all. Why? Too bad as we like Wendys please do better

I know this is a newer store - so I'm willing to lower my expectations. I have eaten here a few times, and not once has my order been right. I decided to order on line this time to see if that would help. Nope. The food is good, but if you want what you want go to subway.

Never fails going to this Wendy's has proven over and over they are completely incapable of doing a simple job. The staff are ignorant anytime we've been, they screw up our order literally everytime we've been. 9/10 the staff are on their cellphones instead of putting orders together/serving customers. I've watched an employee holding his cell in one hand speaking to someone on it while bagging food. Any job I've had would never allow this. Cellphones are for your break time NOT paid work time.

Not what I expected. I only the street Wendy’s once and dislike the taste. Too salty thats probably why they can claim there freshness
