My wife had an appointment booked at 3pm Monday to have the kids pictures taken when they came in the lady asked her to fill out a form then didn't come back again. Waited over an hour then left never having saw anyone at the desk again.

As long as you're even slightly tech savvy this is a nice place to go. I chose the print in seconds" option and the tech told me I would be waiting an hour. It ended up being half that and 10 minutes of that time was him adding more paper."
