Tidy House Cleaning Service

Booking online is a great touch and simple to use. They are friendly, always professional and did the amazing job. I would highly recommend their service, and will be using them again in the future. 5 star for sure !!!!

The cleaners not only did an excellent job, but were professional, checked with me about details and were so nice! They also travelled to the lake from Prince Albert. I was very pleased.

Very disappointed in this service. I booked for a 5 bedroom house, plus paid the additional pet cleaning fee. My kids didn't tidy their bedrooms so I only had them cleaning 1 bedroom plus the main areas of the home. They missed major areas that I would expect as normal home cleaning (i.e. didn't dust window ledges, didn't wipe down counters, floors weren't mopped). They did offer to return when I complained but the schedule didn't work for me.

Frustrated and disgusted! I agreed to a higher purchase price for my house if it was professionally cleaned as a condition. Then I wouldn’t have to clean before moving in; would be able to unpack and not worry. Got the keys, walked in and thought cleaners hadn’t shown up. Then I found out they had charged the seller $418! The list is longer but some highlights: fridge not touched, burnt fries in oven drawer, Doritos spilt in pantry, spill marks on multiple walls and baseboards, layer of dust on ceiling fans and blinds, stickiness on dining table and chairs. I contacted them and offered to send them pictures I took but refused to see their poor work. I didn't get pictures of everything, and some I started cleaning before remembering to document. Would not recommend.
