The punjabi girl working in day shift at receiving, don’t have etiquettes how to talk with others, Just keep your anger in your pocket, Company should fired these people who are unprofessional and unethical. Worst experience!

Your receiving department for cross dock should be ashamed of themselves. Why do you give an appointment where you have no decency to respect it. Shame on you guys! 5 hours. Ridiculous! On a bad weather your facility does not have the money to clean snow and assign to different doors because they didnt want to move the freight and watch others suffer. Horrible! Shame on you guys! Manager needs to be replaced or disciplined how to do his job. Drivers are human beings too who is working hard as you are. Have some respect and care for others.

It was first time. Find them very unorganized. With me, there were five more trucks waiting to offload since 5 am. We all got doors at 2 pm. Their excuse was , they dint have enough manpower. Seems they give appointments without realizing they dont have manpower to deal with their appointments. Luckily my dispatch was able to get detention but couple of hundred dollars vs all lost day. Certainly not ethical business practice. Will avoid them in future for sure.

I delivered from fulger transport and the staff don't know there job. First they sent me back to my truck telling me the lady on charge was on her break and 10 min later she told me the lady on charge was the same who sent me 10 min earlier to my truck and she just said ups! I'm sorry" at least they didn't made me wait to long"

I don't know why they give you appointment times, even If you show up early you're going to wait and wait

I routinely have the same driver and he is awesome, its the actual company ruining everything.The whole company took Friday July 30th off for the long weekend and did not share this information on their website, social media, or phone messaging. Even though the rest of Ontario is taking Monday off... so are you expecting me to be at my business on Monday? Cause I wont be. What a disaster you're creating for yourself.That is just the icing on the cake, I understand they are making a false demand by not having enough drivers on at a time. Yet they have enough drivers on payroll.... Why have my shipments that literally always arrived within 48 business hours started taking four or more days? Last time I called to see what the problem was I was told they had to sub contract it out and therefore it HAD to wait in Mississauga for 24 hours, yet when my shipment arrived it was my regular Robert diver!They're liars and I would literally never work with them if my supplier gave me options, just glad they don't get money from me directly.

Company itself and all the staff and shunters are amazingly friendly and helpful thumbs up for them!Their Drivers are unfriendly af sometimes but that exists everywhere.

Driver refuses to deliver to our location, as it's not directly on a truck route, even though the law states that you can divert to get to your destination. Drivers manager doesn't seem to understand how that works either.Extra star for the friendly, helpful people on dispatch, who do understand how truck deliveries work. It's unfortunate they don't have more pull to get things done, as we'd have our shipment by now if they did.
