Absolutely phenomenal cafe bar.The owners curate a fantastic selection of drinks loaded with options to help your body feel good. They are very knowledgeable about the healthy infusions that they offer, and know how to create specialty drinks that allow them to shine.It would be nice to see a few more iced drink options, but their hot drinks are great for any season.Would also love to see a location open in Toronto, as this cafe has stolen my heart upon first glance. Definitely a must-go for any tourist and resident alike!

Cute little cafe with yummy food!I liked that the food menu wasn't overwhelming so it was very easy to decide what I wanted to order. We got the Protein Bowl and the Turkey Brie Panini. Both were already pre-made and the panini just needed to be heated up so we got our food and drinks pretty quickly. For drinks, the Earl Grey Lavender Latte is a must if you like tea lattes.

Edison’s has the best coffee in Stratford. Bold statement, but it’s true. They use high quality beans from Toronto, offer amazing espresso & have a menu paired perfectly with your drink.Super allergy friendly, great indoor vibe, lovely owners AND Thomas Edison actually lived where this Cafe bears his name.You can’t go wrong.

I really loved the modern, elegant location where Thomas Edison used to live and their brunch selection, but they would have been a 4.5* if I had the option, because both our sandwiches were a bit too salty and surprisingly, spicy too. I don’t enjoy eating spicy at all so while I still ate it, I wished I would have known in advance... Otherwise super tasty and fresh! Would definitely recommend it!

I love it here and everything I've had has been delicious - but the hours just don't work for me! It's open too late for me to go before work and closes too early for me to stop after, and I feel as though everytime I'm wandering downtown on the weekend they are closed.I still think about the cookies though - even though it's been months since I've had one. They're the best cookies in town for sure.

We enjoyed our experience.The coffee was a blend I was not familiar with but it was robust with a great taste.Had quacalmo and salmon on toast. It was delightful!The toast was a charcoal sour dough bread that they make themselves so good! The salmon melted in my mouth and the salad had light and tasty oil that knocked it out of the park.To be honest we were looking for a traditional breakfast but were so surprised and glad we stopped at Edisons Cafe Bar today.Thank you so much... what a great job with your presentation of our meal not to mention your professional friendly service.Our taste buds are staying thank you!
