Beyond 5 service!! Shout out to Rob, Tommy and Michael. They are very knowledgable and offer tons of great advices with patience and kindness.When you asked a question, sometimes they will even give you more than 1 answer, how amazing they are! Wish I’ve visited this bike shop earlier! The shop also has a lot of bikes to try out and with a good range of price too! You will also notice they have plenty options of accessories and a fully functioning repair department on site. Another good thing to know is that they focus on selling local brands. And if you buy new bikes from them, it comes with annual free tuning every year! Will recommend this shop to everyone.

The store is phenomenal they have a large selection of bikes and winter related equipment (skiing etc). The brands they carry are amazing especially when it comes to bikes they have non mainstream brands most of the cycles they carry are manufactured in Canada (Devinci, norco), German brands (bombtrack -gravel bikes road bikes ) - this brand especially you don’t see a lot of stores carry them . Sales representative was extremely helpful . really good place to go plus they have good pricing I think I saw a carbon frame bike for 2599 devinci I think . Really good local bike store . great experience .

Best bike shop in the east end.My rear wheel needed truing. I expected to pick my bike up at the end of the week, but they had it ready the next day.I suspect they also cleaned it up a bit too as it looked a lot better than when I dropped it off.Thanks guys! I’ll definitely bring my bike back for more work.

Rob is incredibly knowledgeable and most helpful. He went above and beyond by checking and confirming the proper wax for my classic skis. Support your local businesses!

Friendly, fast and affordable service. I've taken my bike for various repairs twice now and they've exceeded my expectations. This is my go to shop in the neighborhood

I popped in with wheel hub and chain issues. They put the bike on the rack and within 10 minutes had it all fixed up for $20. Great service! I will go back to this store when I need more bikes for my kids

Thanks to Tommy and all the staff at Velotique. I procrastinated purchasing a new bike and my son convinced me to try Velotique. I was impressed by their business model - patient, attentive and considerate. The hybrid I purchased was of good quality for the price and was meticulously prepped for pickup.I purchased a medium frame and found it small for my needs after a week’s use. Without question or delay they replaced it for a large frame -assembling a new unit bike while I waited. The technician was efficient and careful and the checkout process was rigorous and precise.The free follow up adjustments and annual tune ups are icing on the cake.You’d never get service like this at the mass market shops where you can wait days for service and weeks for delivery!!Thanks Velotique….5 stars +

Great experience at Velotique! Bought a kryptonite lock from Rob, but needed help removing an old forgotten passcode lock and installing the new lock properly. Tommy cut the old one off and Spencer meticulously installed the new one. Spencer told me to make note of the key # and also to register the keys online for replacement if lost. Professional, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable staff all round! On the spot service. All this on an older bike with no pressure to buy a new one. Highly recommend this local shop and when the time is right will upgrade at Velotique for sure. Happy trails.

Having gone into bike shops and greeted with an elitist attitude and been made to feel like I was inconveniencing them and wasting their time it was refreshing to go to Velotique and be welcomed and helped. Staff are great. Tommy is exceptional.

Nice local bike shop that doubles as a cross country ski shop in the winter. Good selection of bikes, parts, and accessories. Friendly and knowledgeable staff keeps me coming back.
