Fantastic Service!Having your car repaired after an accident can be a frustrating experience. Thankfully I have very little experience with this, however recently a distracted driver brought me back into this repair industry.I can't say enough about my experience with Jeff, Amanda and the team at Carstar. They worked directly with my insurance, rental company and were very proactive in communications to keep me informed of the progress.Great experience and I highly recommend using them.

The staff, especially Jeff, were so helpful. I had just had an accident with my new car and they were so good at explaining everything, what needed to be done, when etc.After the repairs were completed ( done on site) my car was perfect once again.Thanks CarStar!!!!!

Best experience ever!! Very professional, friendly & kind to help us out with our recently damaged fender & trim on our 2 year old Nissan Rogue. Jeff Gurney said because of the multiple areas of damage related to the fender it should likely be replaced, but it was cost prohibitive for us to do so.He took it into the shop for a closer look & returned it to us a half hour later fully repaired. He worked his magic & fixed it for us with no charge! Wow, amazing especially this day & age where being taken advantage of is unfortunately becoming the norm vs. the exception. We've never been to CARSTAR before but accepted the referral from Nissan Oakville. Hats off to everyone! Many thanks!

I had my car repaired after an accident. They did an excellent job, were very helpful and professional. While my car was being repaired, the team took care of my rental, helped with me with the shuttle from and to my home. Amazing service! Thank you so much, Carstar team!

My car was the victim of someone else's mistimed merge and there was significant damage to the passenger side of my car. New passenger door, bodywork, trim work and new rims. Carstar was a preferred body shop for my insurer and now I know why. The car came out of the shop looking fantastic - they did an incredible amount of detailing on the car and the exterior and interior were immaculate when the car came back to me. Jeff was my liaison at the shop and he was great to deal with. So are the front office receptionists - everyone is on the ball and very responsive. Carstar is highly recommended - great service and more importantly, great work.

Great experience. Top notch from start to finish. It was great to hear when my car was completed a day ahead of schedule. They were very informative and were pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend them.
