Cornerstone Weddings

We booked our wedding in Canmore, everything went smoothly. Our wedding coordinator worked along our side to ensure all of our details went together, the events manager and staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful. The Food was AMAZING! I could not have a had a better wedding day and I’m so thankful we booked through cornerstone weddings

We seriously cannot say anything that will live up to how amazing Cornerstone is.From the very beginning they made us feel so confident in booking with them. We didn’t even get a chance to see the venue in person until 2 months before our wedding but were always reassured by the coordinators that we had picked the right place! We were shown around over FaceTime and sent photos of EVERYTHING before seeing it in real life. I know that sounds crazy, but planning a destination wedding, it was just impossible to get there to see it.Joanne was our coordinator and she was more than I could have ever asked for! I swear I sent her a never ending string of questions and she answered every single one with confidence and really helped take the stress out of the wedding planning process so we could just have FUN! The days leading up to the wedding would have been a complete disaster without her.The day of she was so on top of everything that I could really just enjoy the day and not worry if things were going to be getting done. When I walked into the ceremony, my breath was just taken away by how beautifully they had set up the ranch. I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect! Same for the reception at the theatre… their team really created something magical! We have heard from every one of our guests that it was one of the most stunning weddings they had ever been to! (I cannot take any credit for that… it is all Cornerstone!)Dinner was also really amazing! We chose the middle tier of the buffet options. A lot of times the food at weddings tends to be put on the back burner, but not here. Dinner was one of the highlights!THANK YOU CORNERSTONE AND JOANNE FOR BRINGING OUR SPECIAL DAY TO LIFE!

We had our winter wedding at Cornerstone Theatre and we couldn't be happier. They made our rustic dream wedding come to life! Nicole, our coordinator was very kind and accommodating. The rest of the staff also knows what they're doing and were very helpful on the day of. The foods were great and the DJ was commendable. Our families, friends and guests were overall happy with their experience. I would highly recommend them!

We had our wedding at Canmore Ranch and Cornerstone Theatre this summer and Cornerstone was a pleasure to work with in every aspect! The team at Cornerstone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable every step of the way in planning our wedding and on our wedding day. We would like to highlight their attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, respect for significant cultural touches and diligent accommodation with dietary restrictions (particularly for gluten free / celiac). Cornerstone also did a fantastic job with the décor using our decorations and our wedding coordinator, Nicole, was very organized, meticulous, and kept everything flowing seamlessly on our wedding day. At the reception, the theatre was beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff were kind and attentive and their DJ was great! We had a wonderful experience planning our dream wedding with Cornerstone Theatre. Our coordinator, Christian, went above and beyond to ensure our stress levels were at a manageable point throughout the planning process by providing helpful feedback and suggestions. Having the catering, the DJ, photobooth, decor, bartenders, etc., in-house was super convenient and allowed us to focus on other aspects of our wedding. The venue is super accommodating and the staff decorated both our ceremony and reception space beautifully. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking to celebrate your wedding in the mountains.

We attended a wedding here over the weekend. Beautiful barn style venue. The venue size was very big with everything. Writing this review because of the food.Salad - this salad was light fresh and very good. It was very well balanced and everyone at our table loved it. Tomatoes and sliced mozzarella with a light dressing.Main course was steak on a bed of mash potatoes and some greens. My steak was perfectly cooked medium rare just the way I like it. Some fried onions and gravy to elevate. Mash potatoes was well prepared.Warm apple pie crumble for dessert to finish it off. It was not overly sweet and had a nice fruit puree. One of the best meals we've had at a wedding hands down.

Where to even begin! We chose the venue two years in advance of our big day and from the first moment we felt like they were invested in helping us achieve our vision.They were so communicative with us, any time we had a question or concern we were able to talk to them via email and be answered so quickly.Christian, our day of coordinator, was fantastic. From 6 months out he was our go-to, he helped us create our day in every way that we imagined. We did not feel as though we needed to compromise on the vision of our day and didn't have one worry leading up to the big day either or throughout it. We were absolutely so relaxed, which is a dream.Livia, the event manager, helped ensure everything ran on track and she was so incredibly kind. We really appreciated her looking out for us on the big day. It was STUNNING in the venue; the vision we had was executed upon and went above what we could've imagined.No detail was spared in helping us enjoy our day to the fullest. We knew the team at Cornerstone would do great, but they exceeded all of our expectations.Our guests can't stop raving about the experience; from the food, the Dj (Gaston was amazing!), to everything in between it was an amazing night for all involved.

We had our wedding here in the middle of January and couldn't have asked for a more magical experience! Cornerstone went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our day was taken care of - and no detail was spared!Our coordinator, (Nicole) worked with us over the booking period, all the way up to and including the day of the wedding and was instrumental in making sure that the day went off without a hitch. Nicole's attention to detail was exactly what we were after in setting up an incredible experience for ourselves and our guests from Calgary and far abroad.We really can't rate the venue highly enough. Everything from the food, the locations, the way that Nicole worked with our vendors seamlessly and the intricate details of the day were all exactly what we had hoped. Thank you, Cornerstone, for a fantastic experience!

We could not have been happier with our Cornerstone Wedding! Communication was always great leading up to the day and our coordinator, Becky, was incredibly accommodating when last minute details arose. And the day itself turned out better than we could have imagined! Everything was decorated so beautifully with the decor we provided, the food was delicious, and the staff during the night was great! We got a lot of compliments, especially on the dj. You honestly can't go wrong choosing Cornerstone.

I originally booked Cornerstone in October 2019 for our wedding in 2020. Unfortunately we had to re-schedule multiple times due to the pandemic, and Cornerstone stuck with us the entire time. They were super accommodating to our ever changing plans. Christian was our day of event coordinator and was wonderful throughout our wedding planning process. Our wedding day went smoothly and without any stress due to Cornerstone's planning and execution. They set up and tear down everything, and make the day so easy for everyone involved. Everyone at our wedding had a fantastic time! THANK YOU CORNERSTONE!
