I was sold a bottle of rancid fish oil supplements a few hours ago. Before I bought the pills I was questioning the woman behind the counter about the potential of this happening and she assured me no one had ever complained before. I asked if they offered any guarantee's on a bad bottle and she said once its opened there are no returns and refunds. I should have just walked out honestly.The pills are Renew Life Omega 'ultra-concentrated OMEGA-3'. They have all the markings of a good brand 5 stars 3rd party tested" which means that their oil has been tested and meet or surpass world standards for freshness

Came in to buy a bottle of oil, waited almost 20 minutes before eventually leaving without making the purchase. Cashier was trying to do a return or something. Even the customer she was helping said its ok you can help them first but the cashier said no they can wait. Won't be coming back for anything. Better price on amazon anyway.

People go to the store to take time to see the actual products and read the label. Cashier Carmen was just so RUDE bugging me a few times as if to drive me away simply because i haven’t decided which item to purchase. I still made a purchase after your condescending approach. Don’t worry, i’m not coming back and won’t be recommending your store.

I wish there was a zero star. Hey people “DO NOT BUY any vitamins here!”do a search before u go and compare the price. I was looking for glutathione 500 mg from NOW brand and from other stores and the web's most expensive price was $45 this store was selling it for $83.99!!! and the woman says the price went up, I guess only your store went up. Such a rip-off!!scammers

I had a very positive experience, prices were a bit higher than other health stores but that’s expected from any mall shop.. the Asian lady was very nice, attentive and genuinely interested in assisting me with the vitamins I was looking for.

I went in on Tuesday to buy some vitamin supplements (Vitamin B12)I spoke with the lady working she was very kind and courteous and was definitely helpful in helping me purchase the proper vitamins!Wonderful service will recommend!

I didn't have any problems with the staff, who seemed genuinely passionate about health supplements, but I was shocked by the prices. Sometimes greater than x2 what I have paid online and at other supplement shops. I would recommend it if you do a price check before making a purchase.

In the small but busy, high-traffic location, the staff was attentive and readily available to answer questions and helpful to place orders of items not in stock. Though prices are slightly higher than other stores in the mall, items arrived quickly for prepaid pickup even during times of supply chain inconsistencies. The biggest annoyance was the several burnt-out LED ceiling bulbs that flicker non-stop at a seizure inducing rate that brings about a headache within minutes no matter where you are in the store, so it's difficult to stay for long, let alone to be able to comfortably read the fine print on bottles. Not sure how this is safe working conditions when the point of the store is to promote better health, but it's certainly not safe shopping conditions. Since there has been no change for weeks, my rating would change once lighting is fixed.Edit: The light bulbs finally got changed so stars are updated from 2 to 4.

I called Alive today to find out if they carried Truehope vitamins, the woman who answered the phone was lovely and instantly knew what I was asking for, told me the price and the deals they have when buying bulk. She put some aside for me until I was able to pick them up. Once I arrived she was just as lovely in person and very helpful. I would be happy to buy my vitamins from Alive when I need my refills. On that note I did not get such a lovely welcome from another natural store by TNT, where the woman ignored me because I am not Asian.

Zero if possible. I purchased a small packet of Omega 3 Nutracleanse from Metrotown location. I ripped off one of the stickers at the bottom and found it covered the Not for resale " wording. Omega 3 Nutracleanse gave free samples to Alive so they could give it for free to their customers as a sample. I later returned and asked for a refund and the lady was rude
